Verified reviewThis was one of the worst e-commerce experinces ever. Placed an order of 4 articles, with 2 different caps. My order was on hold for 2 weeks without any information. When I contacted goalinn I was informed that one of my caps was out of stock. I then made a suggestion to change the cap to another one. After a few days nothing had happened and i contacted them again. They then told me that the original ordered cap was on its way from the warehouse and my orignal order was going to be sent within a couple of days. I specifically asked several times if this really was the case and they confirmed that everything was sorted. I then received the package 3 weeks after i had placed the order and to my surprise they had, instead of 2 different caps, sent 2 pcs of te same cap. Unbelievable how this could end up wrong. After I received the wrong order i asked them to send the right cap, but instead they made a refund and closed the case.
