Up to my last purchase all was good, my last order only one item was sent but I was charged for second pack which was the more ex Expensive of the two orders. I contacted them via there internal mail and have received no reply, I have sent them another email directly to see if they respond.

Ordering is really easy and I’m very grateful for that but I wish there was a button to be emailed when an item is back in stock, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the underpads extra plus to come back into stock, the super are nowhere near as good. I called the helpline and they had no idea when they’d be arriving so no use either
