I gave 3 stars because a lot of the products they don't have now which is very disappointing as I would have given it a full 5 star. I have been using this site for some years and would have liked to have ordered everything from them as I have done in the past, but now I have to shop around on other sites to get all what I need. Customer service is very helpful when you do eventually get through, which takes a long time.

Order came quickly unfortunately I ordered the wrong pads it's difficult to order the pads i ordered originally as it says these are no longer available I've since found another company that clearly shows me the ones I want

Always quick delivery. I am happy with the purchase but disappointed that the id juniors 8-11 hasn’t been in stock for a long time. When I emailed the company they also couldn’t give me a clear answer when they would be back in stock either. My son really needs them too

The website is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The descriptions of products are good and accurate. The product i bought is great and keeps my autistic son dry best product so far. The delivery was fast and informed even over easter holidays. I foundthat prices are best from website rather than other stores they supply. All round good experience and will continue to shop here.
