Verified reviewShambolic. Severe criticism of DPD . What should have.been a simple delivery of 2 boxes has become a 3 day event. On Wednesday Donald arrived 1.5 hours later than advised in a Transit van. He only left one parcel saying he couldn't find the other one in the van.( Not a 35 tonne artic but a Transit.) I contacted DPD and ID and eventually got a response that the delivery would be made on Thursday between 15.35.and 16.35. I waited in all evening and no attempt of delivery was made. I again emailed iD. I received a notification this morning that the parcel will be delivered today. At 16.15 within the advised delivery slot. the parcel arrived delivered by Matthew but in a very battered and re taped condition. All the contents were however present. My initial contact with iD was by phone on Thursday morning at 9.10 when the phone was connected but nobody bothered to pick it up and answer it. In this day and age not having a message or ring back facility is a company who don't deserve further business. I then sent a n email in desperation which was replied to later in the afternoon. You have chosen DPD as your courier and they have let you down and wasted 3 days of my time through incompetence.

Verified reviewWhen I ordered I took the option of delivery to an open door because I am disabled. The driver rang the bell, placed your parcel on the doorstep in the rain, and went before I could get to the door !! His photo confirms this. I had to call a neighbour to assist me. R.Mackinney.
