Verified reviewIf there was negative star, I would have chosen one! The service is appalling. The customer service personnel, including CG- the supervisor- is unbelievably inefficient. The directors - based in Belgium/Brazil/UK- should ensured the business practices are reviewed and are in line with British trading standards. They cancelled the main part of my order, claiming it is no more in stock, even though I wrote to ask them to deliver when they will have new stock, even after NEW YEAR. How can a big company supplying the NHS, run out of stock for main items such as ID Slip, which is one of your main products. The Customer services and the local UK sale department need a good shake up. The telephone mannerism and courtesy need to be addressed. After six weeks, they cancel my order. I am still waiting for a call from one of the directors/ manager, The cover up between staff members is so obvious. This will bring down any institution which tolerate such a culture. The Board should also ensure that the IT department based in Belgium eliminate all the inaccuracies in the wording and figures used in their promotional adverts. The legal team should confirm the accuracy of the adverts content. The list goes on and on. The products are good. The people need to be trained to the highest order, otherwise. --------.

I have been receiving orders of the same product now for a couple of years now and found them to be excellent and far better than other brands available, but over the last six months / couple of orders or so have noticed a decline in the quality for some reason.. The product are ID Form Maxi Pads, The problem i am finding is that they are breaking down considerably compared to how they used to perform. Would there be any explanation for this decline.
