the service from id-direct was excellent but, the delivery by the carriers was awfull. the parcel was delivered 2 days after it was scheduled to arrive. 2days spent at home awaiting it.

This product is great. My dear wife, late stage Alzheimer's was being wet, almost every visit with the Blue Plus variant, which was PJ's, Sling, or Bed Sheet wet, needing washed. NHS Lanarkshire are a nightmare to get help from, so bought a week's worth of this size on recommendation from her carers, and she's been dry ever since. So, why the four stars. After three days dry I decided to order more on Sunday, I mean, who wouldn't, well, me, not wouldn't, but couldn't, 'Out of Stock', useless. Hey, poo happens, literally. Wednesday and still no stock.

I received goods via NHS, unfortunately it too ages to get through on the phone to explain my situation So when i went online, I was told i could not order anymore as jy next delivery was not due until Febuary. I had to buy the goods. Not being abke to talk to anyone is a big problem

Cannot be without them generally good fit but I have to wear them back to front ( due to leakage from supra pubic catheter site). Causes leakage at both sides.
