Verified reviewDelivered to 31. Despite the occupant advising driver he hadn't ordered them. The box was open and the packs of incontinence pads were clearly visible My neighbour commented on the fact that they were incontinence pads Highly embarrassing and a breach of confidentiality The box has the correct address on it. No 33 Lawrence avenue. There is a highly visible sign st the front of the bungalow showing the Number 33 and the doorbell is also indicated I paid £5 for the delivery and in return the pads were delivered in an open box which allowed the next door neighbours to become aware of my wife's incontinence issues and for them to discuss this with me If you look at the delivery photo this is clearly shown. The photo shows block paving and a metal gate. We have neither of these. Had I not visited 31. I'm not sure we'd have received the pads. Perhaps if the courier had paid attention to detail this completely unsatisfactory situation would have been avoided. Delivered to the wrong address Driver made no effort to clarify when informed by neighbour at 31 they hadn't ordered the goods. Significant breach of confidentiality A completely unsatisfactory and highly embarrassing experience.
