Verified reviewThis is the second time i have used this company. The first time was fine with no issues. I ordered a star wars figure from them last week, while on holiday. When I arrived home and opened the package I was dumbstruck. The person who packed my item obviously couldn't be bothered to use the correct sized box and just folded over the backing card of the figure to fit it in the box, which has then cracked the plastic blister pack that holds the figure. This was supposed to be a gift for my son who collects and displays these figures in the box. Trying to return it is even worse. I filled out the returns form online, added 6 pictures as requested. It said file size was too big. I resized the images. No, still bigger than 6MB. I then tried using their chat service. Selected the returns for a defective item. I was asked to submit my order number of 8 digits. NO!!! order number not recognised. Checked my order number again, and I tried again NO!! order number not recognised. I selected to speak with an agent. I was asked for my contact email and that someone would be in touch. Then almost immediately after clicking the send button i received an email asking me to review the company. If I hear back from them and receive a satisfactory resolution I will ammend my review. At the end of the day the person who packed my item doesn't deserve to be there if that's the way he treats customer orders.
