We offer a wide variety of products, many of them are in stock in our logistics center for immediate shipment and others appear with a longer delivery date, which means they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products you are given an expected delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics center (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the shipping company you have chosen. We do our best to constantly improve our service, but sometimes, due to stock outages, duplicate orders and real-time working with stock, some items are shown in stock but may be out of stock or delivery may be delayed. On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as your order ships with the carrier's tracking number and your invoice. We have also taken your comments into account and sent them to the corresponding department in order to continuously improve and take action to also enhance the quality of our service.
