Verified reviewMy order was apparently delivered (no sign of it) Motard told me to do a claim through the post office, I tried making a claim online with royalmail, they asked a number of questions then said that the ordinating country (dispatch location) had to make the claim I.e. Spain, i was unable to open a claim. I told Motard what they had said and I supplied a screenshot of what royalmail had said, Motard ignored me, and kept saying I had to open a claim before they could do anything...I received an email today asking me to review Motard, what can I say other than AVOID buying anything from this company, these guys do not care, in fact they may never have sent it, who knows. I won't be using again

Again I tried doing this online and it said I couldn't start a claim as it needed to issue a claim from the originating country I.e. not the UK. What do you guys not understand, very frustrating. I even sent you a screenshot of the royalmail website stating this....my above review clearly states this, yet you keep telling me to start a claim? I'm lost for words.... not sure what to do!
