Verified reviewI would give you 5 stars but I always have an issue at the Car Park I use in Paris. The camera never recognises our registration even though we are fully registered with you! I have to get the parking attendant to let us in and out and proove we have booked a space. Apart from that the garage is wonderful.

Verified reviewLocating the facility was good with the navigator. Location near Versailles was excellent, right down the street. What level to park on in the garage is not very clear as there are a couple of different hotels using this site. As far as getting out by going into the hotel for a code, they seemed unaware of how that works. The First Gentleman sent us back out the front door and in the wrong direction and we got lost. We went back to the desk and a different gentleman literally walked us to the elevator around the corner inside the hotel, took us down and walked us to where we needed to go to find our car. He was a life saver! The gate opened automatically to let us out so assuming our license plate triggered that, no intercom necessary. The rate was €13.80 for 5 hours which was great!
