    When you enter the car park the barrier is not opening automatically with number plate recognition as I would have expected. You need to take a ticket which makes you think that you'll have to pay anaway. Hopefully it will not be the case when I check out

    Good way to find a cheap park in Paris. Could be improved in the way the gate is open, sometimes the telephone doesn't have the network and this could be a timing lost configuration.

    Web booking was easy to do, confirmation was instant. Car park was as advertised which was a relief as my vehicle is large with limited parking availability. Car park was manned which proved helpful, and reassuring to be able to pay tbe extra at the car park if we late aŕriving back. Overall 👍

    System never worked for in and out access. Wasted more th 45 min of my time during the week contacting support or talking to attendants. Went to leave on final day less than 5 min after end time. Company or attendant wouldn’t allow us to leave without paying the time difference. €0.15. By the time your company at could give us information the time passed to more than 15 min. Charging us for this time €0.95. That is seeking 0.0001% more from customer from total booking of €90. Over all experience was frustrating. Causing personal delays daily.
