Verified reviewVery disappointing. I placed my order in early December for a child's Christmas gift. It had not turned up in over 2 weeks, so I chased it up with Pylones. I was just sent tracking info showing that the parcel was stuck at some depot in France. I followed up again after Christmas and was told the parcel had been returned to Pylones so they would refund me. I was the one who had to chase on both occasions, and feel Pylones really need to improve their customer communications. I won't order again. No stars.

I was so excited when one of my kids wanted a unique salt and pepper shaker for Christmas, I ordered them from Pylones and they arrived very timely. I can't wait for her to open it! Verified reviewI would give Pylone 0. I placed my order on 2/12.16 days later I haven't received it. I've emailed customer services twice but had no response. I'm now being asked to review an item I haven't received! It hasn't come in time for me to post as a gift for Christmas, so had to hurriedly buy something else. How can I get a refund if no one is responding to me? Shockingly poor!
