Verified reviewI love your products, they are so colorful and fun! I get so many compliments on the bag and water bottle I purchased in Italy. I just purchased a mug with the same pattern that is on my bag and bottle (red poppies) and was a little disappointed as the pattern on it was so much smaller than I expected. It wasn't as vibrant as the other items I previously purchased. I wish they had Pylones stores where I live in the U.S. I could spend hours shopping there. I LOVE their stores!

Verified reviewProduct quality is excellent – very bright and exactly as described. I'm really happy with the purchase. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the delivery process. After completing the payment, there was no clear information about the delivery being to my home instead of a pick-up point. The home delivery option was €1 more expensive, but this only became visible after payment – there was no clear description beforehand. Also, the estimated delivery dates were a bit unclear. Delivery to a pick-up point was shown as July 2–4, while home delivery was shown as July 2–3. I chose home delivery specifically because it was supposed to be faster – which was important in my case. However, the parcel was delivered on July 4, which means I could have picked it up from a pick-up point on the same day anyway. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the product, but the delivery experience could be slightly improved for more transparency and accuracy.

Verified reviewI purchased a small clock. The item itself is very cute, although it would have been nice to know that it is quiet but not actually silent. The main reason for my low rating is that I'm in the USA, and I actually had to fill out customs paperwork for this small, inexpensive clock. The form is fairly extensive and requires things like estimating the value of the movement and knowing other technical details. Additionally, I may or may not owe an additional amount in import duties. No indications of this were given at the time of purchase, and I feel it's quite unusual for an item in this price range. Overall, the fox clock is cute, but it definitely wasn't worth the headache.
