I have received no info about the delivery neither from you nor from Chronopost and its delivery staff. I found out aboutthe delivery by chance and then still it took me 5 days to find out where the package actually is, since at the shop they told me nothing would be there. During that time I have sent 3 messages to your customer service, no reply. They have only replied when I had fixed things on my own - after 1 week.
