Verified reviewHet kost 7,99 om te retouren. Dus he besteld een maat schoen voor je dochter, blijkt te groot te zijn. Wil je ruilen voor andere maat, kan niet. Eerst retour sturen a 7,99 daarna opnieuw bestellen. Als ik dat van te voren had geweten, had ik ergens anders besteld bij een winkel met een retourbeleid passend in 2024, gewoon gratis retouren en omruilen. Helaas kost het je dus 8 euro als je ze terug stuurt en heb je niks. Niet aan te raden dus, tenzij je 100% weet dat je de juiste maat hebt, maar ja, wanneer heb je die zekerheid.

Verified reviewBought some swimrun shoes at close to £80 from runnerinn having used other tradeinn platforms previously without issue. Postage was £5.99. I ordered the size I always order, but on this occasion, this particular brand - which is not a mainstream brand - was not true to size, meaning I would need the size below (through no fault of my own). When I looked into returning them and getting them exchanged, it turns out I'd have to pay over £11 for the return postage, and then another £5.99 for postage on the new pair. So over £23 in postage just for one pair of shoes. This isn't acceptable. It's not like I ordered the wrong size - the sizing of the shoe is just incorrect. I contacted tradeinn and they didn't seem to care or take my point on board - they just said they sent the right size, completely ignoring the point I made, hence this review. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. They'll need to resolve this issuemore professionally to win back my trust.

You are completely missing the point. I am returning them because they are NOT TRUE TO SIZE. That is not my fault and I shouldn't be punished for your/their error. I have already written to support@tradeinn.com and they were equally lacking in recognition of the point I was making, and equally unhelpful. You really leave me no choice but to return them at extortionate and unjustifiable cost. I'll continue to leave negative reviews on the various listing sites since you clearly don't care about your reputation, and you will lose all future custon from me. I'm surprised that this is what you prefer to happen rather than the issue being professionally addressed.
