I have contacted you via email and social media as you well know. It’s not viable to pay £12 to return an item that you have already paid £6 for to be delivered. Essentially £18 to try on an item. The sizes are smaller than any other Mizuno too I own that I’ve taken a ‘L’ in for years. I’d happily take an XL off you, but not at £12 for a return and another £5.99 to post. This has never been offered as an option either. Just stone-walked with “that’s our policy ‘have a nice day’”. It’s not a problem, I’ll just not be a repeat customer.
