Verified reviewItem left in black bin by their couriers , couriers won’t help because it’s a parcel from overseas , wasn’t aware this was a foreign company when ordering either. Customer service is very poor they are refusing to follow up emails regarding the issue and expect myself to resolve the issue. Going through the process of a refund with my card company at least the trail of incompetence from couriers and email conversations will mean they will refund me at least Would give 0 stars if I could , will never use them again.
