Verified reviewThe service is good ..the product is terrible - you are selling an inflatable swim bag ...but they are so poorly made they let the air out as soon as you inflate them. The welding on the edges has not been sealed correctly and lets the air out. The design is perfect for my needs as a first aid bag for a coasteering company ...so I fix them as soon as. tthey arrive . Poor product but the service id good ..they get here on time. I just cannot be bothered to send them back and exchange as I am sure they are all made the same way. Kind regards Nick

Verified reviewProduct does not work as it should or what has been advertised. Not sure if there is a fault. Trying to get a refund, no numbers to talk to agents in case of problems. Communication very visible as emails aren’t being responding quick enough. Have a product that is not of use still waiting to be sorted out one week later
