Verified reviewWrong item sent on two consecutive orders. Asked to return it but was told that I have to pay shipping fees to return the items which costs a lot: I have already paid shipping fees while ordering. Not a good experience unfortunately.

However, we are aware of the return costs and continually reflect on them, but we have decided to charge for returns to avoid excessive returns and thus reduce transport and environmental impacts. Free returns are only offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or different item from what is published on our website has been delivered. We are a company based in Spain. However, when using the return label we sell online, the address is different: the parcel must be sent to the address given on that label. It first goes to a local hub in the UK, but later it is delivered to our warehouse in Spain with a compiled shipment (groupage) with other returns in one single truck. This way, you pay less for sending it to Spain than with any other shipping company sending it directly to us. Verified reviewThe site was ok but not exceptionally easy to find particular items. The delivey was seriously slw - over two weeks. There were e-mails explaining there were 'time constraints' and 'border crosdings' - this wasn't mentioned when I placed the order. The item was badly sized, I got an xl orca buoyancy shorts - no way am I xl but these are way too small, I'll have to get another pair, they just don't fit.
