Verified reviewPool cleaner received (with significant delay) faulty. Never worked Totally unacceptable service that has not resolved yet. The parcel arrived 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Robot pool cleaner received with a serious problem (error 10 - communication error) that makes the device not functioning at all. my request for return is still pending as they keep asking things that I am not supposed to do (like a video demonstrating that the device doesn't work). They respond to my messages 3-4 days after I send them! Took another 2 weeks to sort out the return!!!still have not received a refund.so poor...
