  The wood is such a lovely colour, and solid. Really nicely built unit that looks great in my house! It’s nice to know you are buying responsibly sourced products. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and it was so well package would definitely but again from Tikamoon.

  We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of our two items and have no complaints regarding it. There was a little damage during transit but fortunately this was on the back struts of the sideboard and will not be seen when in situ. Tikamoon have offered some compensation for this. Delivery did take a long time, having ordered in February and just delivered last week (6 months) but we feel it was worth waiting for.

  I should have paid more attention to the reviews. The coffee table arrived with multiple defects. It was packaged well and it’s clear that they packaged and sent a defective coffee table without any quality checks! Two parts from the corners were torn off and not in the box. The delivery was also disorganised, not following the procedures explained in the email. I have requested an immediate refund. The refund was provided only after they collected the table. Obviously there is no compensation for sending an useless product to the customer! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund to you while you are still in possession of the item, as organised with yourself, we booked the collection for a suitable date and then issue the refund as soon as it was collected.   Purchased this furniture and did not realise it came unprotected. Now I have to find someone to come and varnish the table for me. Not to mention you have to purchase from them for £20. Very frustrating. Best to buy furniture that comes already protected.

  Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not see your product was not varnished or oiled. This is mentioned in the product description of all of our wooden items. Most of our Oak products are already oiled while the Teak require a finishing touch, this is so the customer has a choice of how the product should look and feel as there is a large difference between oils and varnishes. Please be advised that we recommend the products that we sell but should you wish to use something locally that is not a problem, but please test it on the underside of the unit to make sure that it will not stain the unit in a way you do not want.   Thank you for your response and cooperation. To remove the ring mark on the surface, you need to sand gently in the direction of the grain for a millimetre or two, this will bring the unit back to how it originally looked. Teak is an incredibly dense wood and the mark will not be deep in the wood. You can then protect the unit with oil or varnish to stop it staining further. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

  Excellent piece of furniture, really happy with the wood and the overall quality. There were a couple of nicks on the legs and underneath the cupboard when it was delivered but nothing visible or serious. Just a bit disappointing but it hasn’t changed how much we love the sideboard.

  Thank you for your review. As we are based in France, your items need to pass through customs and then be delivered by a third party so it is very difficult for us to give exact dates. If an item is not on ready in our warehouse it means that it's either in production or going through quality control and both of these things also have variables.   I was happy with the service and delivery. The product I bought was of less quality than I expected. The 3 buckles were poorly and cheaply made. After the first use they’re starting to show signs of wear. I would have hoped they would have been made from leather.

  I found Tikamoon the best furniture site I have ever used. The delivery and the couriers were excellent. They communicated through email and by phone and my order was delivered exactly on time and with no defects. I had to return my item as the colour was wrong. It was a beautiful sideboard, however, it did not suit my surroundings. My return was handled with the same professional service as my delivery of the sideboard and money refunded within two days. An amazing company to deal with. I will certainly buy from Tikamoon again.

  Beautiful furniture this is the 3rd piece ordered. However it arrived damaged in the interior, no fault of the carriers. Reported it promptly, no complaint there, but the offer of compensation was £70 eventually raised to £100 with the alternative of returning it. Alas, I am not of an age that would find returning it easy,

  I found the site easy to navigate and responsive. The products were well described with measurements. The product I bought matched the description. I was disappointed that although the delivery arrived as described, it did not include unpacking the table and taking away the packing material. As the table was very heavy i needed help to unpack it. However it looks great in position.

  As we never actually received our order I can’t comment on the item! Waited 6weeks for delivery of tv unit BJS connected us about delivery then on the day cancelled as the van had broke down!!! Delivery was then for the following week and on the day was told that delivery would not go ahead this day either as the driver felt ill!!! All excuses not sure why don’t think they actually have the items. Got in touch thorough a online chat to cancel order as by this time got fed up with being mucked about 5 stars to the person who dealt with my refund instantly! Not the greatest s experience and won’t be bothering with this company again!

  I’m very happy with my outdoor furniture purchase. Looks really good. Arrived with a couple of scratches gained in transit. Only downside was delivery company whose delivery men arrived without face masks and no shoe covers! What was strange was the courier had covid policy with clear expectations for customers. Other than that delivery went okay.

  The website is easy to navigate and very straightforward to find details of the furniture on offer. I wish that more information was provided on each furniture page about the finish of natural wood products e.g. type and colour of oil used. I have not looked at other products.

  I have purchased from Tikamoon previously and been very happy, however on this occasion my order for a set of garden chairs was delivered with one chair missing. I have since been told that this chair is now out of stock/production and cannot be replaced so I can either have a refund for the missing chair or a different chair. This is very disappointing as I now have a set of seven chairs rather than eight and I need eight so will probably have to order an odd chair. Not ideal!

  Good quality product although delivery time is a quite long. Need to pay attention to the fine print. Some of the wood furniture is not finished and you need to put on varnish or oil yourself. Overall happy with customer service and quality of furniture though.

  Was very easy to place an order online. Customer Services was excellent I wanted to return an item for a refund and the whole process was dealt with ease. This company is great would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to others.

  A lovely cabinet, had already bought one and was very pleased with this. Looks good, seems well made too. Delivery took longer than the company expected and though I wasn't given a specific delivery date, they contacted me to ask if I still wanted the item and if I was prepared to wait a few weeks more, they would refund the delivery charge. This was very nice of them, so I think the customer service is very good. The only downside is that products are a bit expensive for me but I do think they're worth the money.

  The website was simple to navigate and easy to place order.The Website was simple to navigate and ordering was easy.The long delivery time made me impatient and anxious but contact with Tikamoon by email was easy and their reassuring response prompt. Delivery was made exactly on time and as promised by two polite young men who kept us well advised of their itinery throughout the day of due arrival. The item was securely packaged and arrived safely and undamaged.I would not hesitate to make another purchase in future.

  The sets of drawers look great and are solidly made and well packaged. One drawer sticks a little but that may ease over time. My only concern is that after waiting so long for them to be delivered, if there was a need to return one item (we ordered 4) i would probably have to insist on returning all rather than wait months again. But having said that ididnt return anything and im pleased with the furniture.
