  Delivery was at the approximate lead time at time of purchase, given regular updates as the delivery got closer, and the guys who did the delivery did a good job, placing as directed. Room still being finished so I only unpacked and assembled the lightest item to check I was happy with the general finish etc and very pleased with the quality

  Absolutely digusted and horrified at the way Tikamoon dealt with my issues. Large garden table arrived and when I unpacked it and started to assemble it found the top of the table was boken and split. Several days & calls later they offered me £130 back to keep the damaged table (which was unusable) giving a broken table a value of £300 ! Why on earth I would anyone take up that offer it was derisory and insulting, especially as I was left over the bank holiday weekend with 8 friends for lunch with no where to sit. Then they insisted that the original packing had to be in place despite the fact that it had been removed and was rain sodden and impossible. More calls and they finally agreed to collect the table (2 more days lost taking time off from work) No gesture, no proper apology not even a voucher or anything but a nice guy on the phone at the end who did agree that I would not have to wait 4 weeks for my money back and it would be returned within a few days. I won't deal with this company again Customer service was terrible.

  Attracted to the sustainable credentials and style, however the order is shipped from Europe which was frustrating when I realised, from an environmental perspective. Item arrived after 10 days and was damaged and a hinge wasn’t screwed in. The damage had white residue, like someone had tried to glue it back together. Customer service offered less than 20% off as compensation or a replacement. We didn’t want more environmental impact, however felt the discount was poor for a visibly damaged item and, what we felt was, deception in the item being glued back together. A replacement took another 10 days and we had to arrange to accept delivery and pay our builder an extra call out to fit. New item was also damaged and we were offered a small amount off which we accepted for ease. The item is stylish but requires treating yourself (eg varnish), is expensive, not as sustainable as I felt was promoted, and there are lengthy delivery times. I wouldn’t order again from Tikamoon.

  Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that your first item was damaged and that the replacement also had some issues. In an effort to minimize unnecessary transport we are always looking to improve our packaging and quality control and will use your review and the pictures you supplied us for improvement. Most of our teak products do need varnishing or oiling before use, we offer them unprotected so you have the choice of finish and our oak furniture is instead already oiled.

  I like the style but it doesn’t feel finished -especially for the price- as the wood is untreated and not fit for its intended use in the bathroom as is. We expected for the piece to be ready to use but instead need to treat it first to ensure that the wood is not damaged by the humidity of the bathroom.

  Although we ended up returning the item as it felt too big for the space, that was entirely our fault and Tikamoon were extremely helpful and efficient at retrieving the item and refunded us without delay or inconvenience.

  Ordering the product was fine, although it would have been useful when placing the order to have been given an indication of delivery date, rather than saying it will be delivered within 10 days. We were in the middle of a renovation with builders on site some days and this made it difficult to plan. We ordered a cabinet and varnish. The varnish got lost on the way. Tikamoon were happy to refund it, but this was frustrating. The varnish showed up the following week. I ended up sending the cabinet back - Tikamoon refunded without problems.

  Sadly I cannot recommend as the bathroom cabinet arrived damaged in two places. I was very disappointed as I very much liked the look of the cabinet but Tikamoon say they are unable to check items when they get them, they simply ship the items out to the likes of me. The customer service however was good and the refund came quickly. The delivery collection was on time and was professional. As Tikamoon were sadly not prepared to check the item prior to shipping, even when they were aware that there had been a problem first time round, this gave me no confidence to try again. What a real shame!

  I had been looking for a table for some time and found exactly what I was looking for on the Tikamoon website. All the information was easy to find and the ordering process was clear and straightforward. Delivery time was shorter than expected during the post covid / Brexit time which was a bonus. The table arrived very well packaged and the instructions for assembly (attaching legs) were easy to follow. The table is very well made and solid. We are delighted with our purchase.

  I thought the process from beginning to end was excellent. We were told how long we would have to wait for the order and kept informed as it got closer to the delivery date. On the arrival there was a small amount of damage so we contacted Tikamoon and the issue was dealt with promptly and effectively. Customer services were quick and easy to contact and very professional.

  The bookshelf unit was delivered and the delivery drivers didn’t want to take it to the first floor so we had to lift ourselves. After unpacking we noticed the metal frame leant to the right considerably. Then it took a week to collect! After 6 week delivery lead time and then a week to process the return, we are still without a bookcase! Very frustrating and poor quality from Tikamoon for an expensive purchase.

  Furniture exactly what I wanted, very impressed with packaging, so there was no chance it could get damaged in transit. Have been disappointed with other companies when items have arrived damaged or broken. My only complaint is time from ordering to delivery as website stated delivery in three weeks. But over all I am delighted with it.

  Beautiful chairs. Would have been 5 stars if packaging had been more sustainable. There were large sheets of polystyrene to send to landfill. These days there are much more environmentally friendly alternatives available. Recent purchases from another company used 100% recyclable packing materials. Please go greener!

  I ordered a sink then cancelled it within minutes over the phone. Tikamoon have not returned my payment and when I call them tell me the cost was never taken, despite me showing them my Paypal statement when it was clearly deducted but not refunded. I have called and emailed several times but no one has sorted this issue out.

  Delighted with the quality of the Teo wooden garden table! Customer services were very helpful, as I was ordering the table as a 90th Birthday present, to be delivered straight to my parents. Everything went very smoothly and it arrived on time. It's a beautiful table and I would definitely order from Tikamoon again.

  The product is really poor quality. The legs did not fit when it was delivered so we had to make some adjustments ourselves. There are lots of cracks and splits in the wood as well. Appalling quality for the price.

  The site was a bit tricky. I wasn’t able to buy the oil that I needed to put on the table so had to place a separate order. This incurred two delivery charges when it would have been free if ordered together. However, after an email this was sorted out and charges were refunded.
