  Overall, the products are amazing and I love the tables we bought. Two problems - one of the dining table legs came wrong so we couldn't fix one of the legs into the table and ended up calling the customer support for a refund. Then they forgot to refund and we only got money back after chasing up. The last problem was their customer support where we had asked initially if we can change the delivery address as we were moving only later to find out we cannot. So we pulled up the old email responses and asked to be escalated then it magically was okay after the customer support realized they had promised and later changes their words. So I would say, while the products are great (not necessary good for value IMO) there is rooms for improvement for their customer support especially for such a strong branding tikamoon has.

  It took about 3 months to receive the hallway table and when it arrived it had a broken piece. The table is heavy, the box thin and broke down, i don’t even know how am i going to return it. If i can.

  Delays with the order and initially refused to reimburse me for the delivery costs. After pushing, they did refund the delivery, however it still took 7 weeks from date of order to me receiving the item. Once arrived, the item needed assembly even though on the website it stated it was assembled. Not a great experience with this brand and will not be ordering from them again.

  This is a high-quality company. In my case, I loved their table and chair combination Teo, but when they arrived I found out that the table looked too large on my terrasse, entirely my fault. With another company, this might have ended in trouble. With this case, I was able to send it back and received a full refund in a very timely manner. I still love their products and am now considering buying a smaller table here. Excellent customer support, everything simply going very smoothly. Nice!

  The chairs look as depicted online. We bought two of them. They go well with our solid wooden dining table and really look good. Wish they were more robust/solid. Have had them only for a month so hope they last long. The delivery was on time and we were kept update throughout.

  I am very dissatisfied with this product. As delivered, the product matches neither the colour as pictured nor product description as "light coloured wood" as one of "the hallmarks of Scandinavian vintage furniture". The table is much darker than pictured and is far from "light coloured wood" even before finishing with the recommended surfacing product, which turned the wood much darker. Also, the table is apparently already surfaced with some sort of paint, which comes off during preparation for application of the finishing product leaving the table surface colour very uneven and patchy. The whole table will require sanding and re-surfacing with no guarantee that the underlying wood is light and uniform in colour.

  We love our chairs and they look great in our new dining room. However, we were disappointed with how much plastic was included in the chairs' packaging. We know (as other companies manage) that all of this plastic could be replaced by sustainable alternatives. We were also surprised that tikamoon had so much plastic packaging, given that part of its USP seems to be environmentally and ethically responsible furniture. This is definitely an area with lots of room to improve.

  I read an article in a magazine showing tikamoon furniture. I went on to the website and looked around. I spotted a console table and ordered it. It was easy to do, an excellent price and the delivery was quick. Excellent product and I will be looking again. I would recommend tikamoon to my friends

  The delivery service tried to deliver on the wrong day and I win contacted they got my dress mixed up with a different postcode I work in a home and I had to tell him not to live at weekends because I’ll be at home and I couldn’t do that until the next Tuesday but then it was okay satisfactory thank you

  I have ordered two items from Tikamoon: a console table and a dining table. The website said both were assembled but they were flat packed. The dining table was incredibly heavy so not easy to build. The console table arrived with cracks in the wood which the customer services team said was normal due to temperature changes etc etc. But it’s not normal for a new piece of furniture to arrive cracked and then become more cracked. They gave me a partial refund. Both items look nice in situ, so long as you become invisible to the imperfections.

  Furniture is high quality (after a long wait). The only downside was the packaging - the cardboard smelt strongly of rodent urine or similar (including a box inside the unit so it didn't happen in transit). All good after that was disposed of.

  I ordered two sheesham pieces with a delivery time of 6 weeks. They were held up at the border through no fault of tikamoon. Customer service kept me updated after I called them and the items arrived after about 8 weeks. The delivery company gave accurate timings and were very friendly. Unfortunately, one of the items had too little protective packaging and arrived with significant damage all over. I would have kept the item but the refund offered was £60 which was not enough compensation on a £300 item so I had to return this. The item was picked up swiftly and I was given a full refund straight away. All in all, the delivery was great, items absolutely stunning and customer service brilliant. Although I would have preferred better compensation, tikamoon handled the issue better than any company I've dealt with in the past. They're extremely trustworthy and the craftsmanship of the products is worth the price.

  The piece is attractive and looks like the picture online. The quality is not as good as I would have liked, the doors stick and are not aligned properly. It was packaged really well and our delivery, once the delivery guys got the package up the right way, went well.

  Really well illustrated, providing comprehensive product information. The selection of furniture is exciting, different without being too much. We have already been asked where we got our furniture on several occasions. Customer service was polite , friendly and efficient. We cannot recommend highly enough!

  It took almost 5 months to get here, but otherwise very good. I have to say, that the costumer care was really good, and the quality is great. Very pleased, it could be a little quicker though.

  Finally found what we were looking for with Tikamoon. Customer service and informed delivery was excellent. Had an issue with one item with a fault but this was dealt with courteously and swiftly and a stock replacement was sent without delay. I would highly recommend Tikamoon.

  Unfortunately the package turned up wet and dirty and the cupboard was badly damaged. I don't mind the packaging being grubby but it gave us problems later, as I will explain. We removed the packaging outside as it was grubby and wet. The cupboard was really badly damaged, it looks like where it has been held to stau upright because of it's weight. The damage is both sides of the cupboard same place. I don't understand how it can be sent out like this. We are so disappointed. I contacted them straight away and was told I have to repackage it. I said this wasn't possible for the reasons given. They advised I will need to get some alternative packaging. This is a massive cupboard, I have paid for it . I now have to wait weeks for a replacement.

It is unusual that the packaging was wet and dirty, and we will be asking our delivery partner how this can come about.
