  I found the website easy to navigate and the product I ordered looked just as pictured. There were quite a few items on the site that were out of stock or had 4 month delivery time. However our item had a 6 week delivery time and came within 3 weeks.

  Great product and great service. I bought this as a replacement for a first item that was too big for my lift. They called promotly, refunded me and then dispatched this promptly and even tool the packaging. Highly recommended.

  More info on items should be provided online. Customer service was quick to reply but actually does follow 1 line and doesn’t negotiate so didn’t find them helpful or client friendly. We were offered an unsatisfactory discount to compensate for damaged item but it was too much of a hassle to return wardrobe as we are on a second floor.

  Proper wooden furniture for a reasonable price. I love my little walnut tv unit, it looks great. Well constructed with beautiful materials. If I need a new piece of furniture in the future, Tikamoon is probably the first place I'll look.

  No it was the delivery that was awful, left upside-down with all the packaging, my mother is an 80 year old woman and was quite upset ...also she was promised a £40 refund for late delivery, so that's why you have a bad review ..

  Excellent website and customer service. Had a couple of issues and wasn't sure if not was my end and also a small delivery issue with were put right with the excellent customer service team. You can't say how good a companies customer service is until you need their help and I couldn't fault Tikamoon. The delivery company they use have the best information and communication only issue is I think I was lucky my parcels arrived mainly undamaged as the van is a mess and the delivery guys climbed over over peoples parcels to get mine and drag it out resulting in a small box of mine being squished. Tikamoon have no replaced the small item.

  Tikamoon were great... the delivery how ever was a joke! They delivered to the correct address but I am building a house on the next property and asked that they take it around there for me as I have no room in the house next door, they refused as this was against the rules and said they would get in trouble (so really unhelpful to me) I then said that container its packed in was very damaged, a car came and they had to move their lorry so I never signed for my item (They did!!! Not ok) and I was in the middle of discussing the damage to the container and that I was not able to open it to check as it was pouring with rain and I could not fit it in the house, so didn't want to unpack. Really bad delivery service.

  I was happy to oder from Tikamoon as there was a full refund policy if the item wasn’t suitable. It is difficult to see from a picture exactly what the item will be like. I had wished there had been more pictures on the website of inside the sink. I would buy again as it was well packed and nice quality, it just wasn’t quite the right one for us unfortunately.

  The first one of these was delivered with a deep gauge in the front, left corner. This could not be repaired and so I arranged an alternative to be delivered. The second has an issue with the hinge for the right-hand door, so when closing it it needs to be shunted. I’ll try and repair this myself rather than mess about with another delivery. The unit itself is beautiful, but their quality control is clearly lacking!

  Extremely disappointed especially as we had looked forward to utilising the furniture in our new home, and that they looked so good on the website and on reviewers photos. However, delivery was appalling and the quality of what we received did not match its price tag. I was also amazed to hear that we would not receive repayment unless the items were packaged safely and securely upon collection which I found ironic and terribly insulting.

  Good quality materials. Coffee table we ordered was a little too small for our room but Tikamoon happily and quickly took it back and refunded us in full promptly. Cannot fault the service - they were great - thank you.

  The finish on the product wasn't detailed enough. Damage/wear on edging of wardrobe shelves; door handles not positioned properly and a few additional quality issues with respect to the poor oiling of wood. This led to areas of doors and shelves that were different colour to rest of product.

  High quality, beautiful products. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was quite seamless. The order tracking leaves a bit to be desired but the bathroom sink arrived safely and it was just as sturdy and beautiful as it looked in the pictures. I has now been fitted and is definitely the feature in my en-suite bathroom. Very pleased with my purchase.

  The TV unit arrived very well packaged with instructions on how to attach the feet. However the sliding doors were misaligned and weren't running freely. There were no other instructions in the packaging. I spoke to someone who gave us some hints on how to get them positioned correctly and it worked fine. The actual unit looks slightly lighter than the picture on screen. We are pleased with the purchase.

  Incorrect information regarding delivery on the website caused problems for me. It says this is delivered by a two man team to room of choice but it is incorrect. It is just delivered by parcelforce to the doorstep. Customer service were a bit dismissive and disappointing. The furniture is undoubtedly good quality though.

  The delivery was on time, we were contacted 30 mins beforehand by the driver. Everything was satisfactory, unfortunately we changed our minds only because on seeing the furniture we felt it didn’t quite fit but Tika handled the pick up and refund very swiftly so we would definitely order from them again

  Took 6 months for delivery, but now ot is here I'm very pleased with my items, they are exactly like the picture, excellent quality, so happy that I have actually ordered some other pieces

  Product was defective. Wanted a replacement- tikamoon were unable to guarantee the quality of a replacement. Asked for a return and refund. Gave them a suggested date for collection. They did not respond in time and missed the date. Eventually accepted a price reduction. Customer service was appalling and certainly didn’t meet their satisfaction guarantee. I doubt that I’ll ever use this company again.

  Great quality product. We had a slight issue that the item had a few marks and not properly sanded down and finished properly, but the customer service team rectified this by offering a replacement, a voucher or a partial refund. As the item was now out of stock we decided for the refund. Great service and love the item. Pay a little more for quality and it lasts

  Impressed with the quality of the furniture bought - well made, beautiful to look at and incredibly sturdy. Ordering was easy, delivery was a little longer than originally stated but we were kept informed and even given a small refund for the inconvenience. Customer service has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in buying from Tikamoon again.
