  I am completely delighted with my purchase. I devoted a huge amount of time looking around different suppliers and the Tikamoon TV stand seemed to fit in with all my very specific requirements. I gave it 3 coats of Teak oil and I am so pleased with the finished result. It is well built and very good quality.

  I not only adore the designs but found the customer service fantastic. I had previously ordered a piece of furniture at a different company and it never arrived after three delivery attempts, Tikamoon was super specific on delivery dates, they even delivered quicker than expected but letting me know in advance and contacting me throughout the day. I had an issue with a broken piece and they immediately provided multiple options in order to resolve the issue. Definitely buying from hem again, adore my new sideboard!

  The furniture is stunning. I ordered 2 gorgeous sink units. Both had a lengthy wait times but were well worth the wait. Beautiful wood, impeccably made. Lovely finish. They will both be the centre piece in relative rooms we were looking for!

  I received my cupboard and it had cracks everywhere. Running from the top to the bottom and it was built shockingly badly. I would of given one star but the an extra one as the customer service was really helpful and my refund was processed quickly.

  Products are clearly hit and miss, factors mainly are: 1.Suppliers, some products are not as good when it comes to finish.. the oak chair for example.. was a ridiculous craft.. 2. Delivery plays a major part. A week end slot had to be authorised by customer services and items came damaged on two occasions out of 5 total ordered. Note, I never had an item delivered damaged except from this website.. 3. I did not rate the two unpleasant experiences simply because the questionnaire (like this one) arrive a while after confirming that the item is kept. Thus clearly invalidate the whole rating.. I hope I am clear on that. 4. Customer service is a classic 'team work' who clearly don't read the e mail trail. There is always another person replying and the phone number not worked when tried. At least the replies are fairly prompt (usually a day or two) and returns were made as simple as could be. Overall, worth trying if the concept of the product suits you.. allowing for broken goods, returns and delivery inconvenience, I eventually felt happy!

  Fantastic quality. The low side board is a mix of industrial and Scandinavian chic, which is perfect for kitchen/living space. It is different to the normal wood table, which I love.

  I ordered a piece of furniture it was easy to use the site and delivery was prompt and efficient. When we unpacked it it was clear that the the materials used were of very high quality as was the build. Unfortunately it just didn’t look right in the room, a bit too large, after having the piece in situ for a couple of days we contacted customer services and asked them to collect it. Collection was booked for a week after delivery and again collection was prompt and efficient. We had unpacked the furniture carefully and without damaging the packing and used this so it was ready for collection it the same condition it arrived. The guys even complements us on our packing.

  The unit I received was not to an acceptable standard. The door didn't line up, stains in the wood and unfinished areas. Tikamoon were very good to replace the unit with little hassle. The new unit was much better but still not perfect, the door is still slightly misaligned and panel colouring is slightly mismatched.

  The website is fine and the products and furniture appear high quality (which drew me to purchase). The purchase and delivery experience was very bad. Firstly, about 10 days after the order I was informed there would be a delay in fulfilling. Then at the revised date for delivery (December) a further delay was advised (BTW order was placed 10 Aug 2021) and a date in February 2022 was indicated. Early in January I was then told the item (£900 worth) was in transit. A few days later I was advised that the couriers would not deliver to Northern Ireland (UK) and if I chose an address in mainland UK they would deliver to it and I could arrange (at my own cost) onward delivery to me. Or I could cancel the order and get a full refund. By this time I had lost all faith in Tikamoon. After asking why this had happened and being told it was a change in policy by their courier partner I cancelled the order. I see that Tikamoon is based in London for UK plus it has other international outlets. To have a customer cancel an order just because their courier partner changed policy is unbelievably bad business practice. Who is wagging the tail? the tail or the dog? In this instance it appears to be the tail - the courier! Overall a very unsatisfactory experience and a disappointing one at that.

  One if it two barstools arrived badly damaged. The back was completely broken off and was loose in the box along with all the screws and washers. The wood was split where the screws had been. When I reported the damage they offered me a £30 voucher valid for 12 months or a £25 partial refund to keep them. Very unimpressed.

  This is still under debate with the customer service team but we put some low tack masking tape on the brand new black sink we just brought and on removing the tape ( which is for delicate jobs ) the paint came off the sink. The customer service response was just oh well it does say not to use abrasive material. I have advised I didn’t and am still awaiting a response. Not impressed with what I have seen so far considering they were recommended by a friend. Will write an updated review once I see what resolution looks like

  The quality of my console table is pretty average / poor for the price. I would liken it to Wayfair or worse. Legs are wonky, lots of little scrapes and chips in the paint, not ideal.

  No problems in navigating the sight and paying for the item of furniture I chose. Problems came with the delivery, or should I say deliveries. The first of which was meant for another household and it remained in my living room for a week before somebody could be bothered to come and collect it and take it to its rightful owner. My order apparently went to to Blackpool, ( I live in Sussex) and was retrieved and another attempt delivery was arranged, after many phone calls from me to Tikamoon and the delivery company. Nobody seemed that bothered to rectify their mistake. On the morning of delivery I received a text, apparently my order hadn’t been put on the van, and after further telephone calls from me, I was told that no one could find it in the warehouse and it would be another week before I could expect another attempt at delivery. I have got my money back and bought a similar item from John Lewis. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely useless company, and no one seemed to care. T

  I ordered an Acacia tv stand which is absolutely beautiful. I love the style and the quality is great. I have ordered now a matching drink cabinet. I can’t wait for it to arrive. Delivery was quick. One small thing..i would not mind if the delivery people took the packaging away. I think that would be a big help for single people like me as these furniture are heavy and not easy to unpack alone. Other companies do this service.

  The product (for a bathroom) is beautiful and I am really pleased with it. I do wish the website had informed me that a plug did not come with it, and that the wood needed to be varnished. If they had suggested their varnish to me at the time I would have purchased it at the same time as the sink unit instead of waiting another 10 days. However, as I have said the product is lovely and when I contact the company with my query they were quick to respond.

  Lovely bench, beautiful look and draws lots of positive comments This isn't our first order with tikamoin, we knew the items would he quality, well packaged and delivered with good communication. Only issue was the bench has a screw hole each end which wasn't aligned. As it was perfectly useable we communicated with tikamoon and they were brilliant. Gave several options to find a mutually agreeable solution. This is how all online shopping should be.

  The first order was damaged and after sending photos I was offered £300 off my next order or £250 if I decided to keep the item. Given that the item was over £1200 I wanted an exchange. This took longer than expected and I had to follow this up as I had no communication from anyone apart from the small print which said the item was being shipped but they would not know when it would be delivered as it was coming from France. I was delighted when the item finally arrived despite it being delivered in the dark. The delivery men rang before they arrived and actually were an hour earlier than expected

  I found the site just fine to navigate and place my order. The delivery was as notified and carried out well with no damage to the outer packaging. I should have contacted customer services immediately after opening however, as there is damage on the top of my beautiful Console Table. I did take a photo at the time but, due to my child care problems at the time, I just did not get round to it. I have placed a piece of china over the mark instead! The Console table itself is very smart and extremely well made and has been admired. I plan to find a felt pen to attempt to ink in the damage.

  I placed my order at the beginning of July and received my delivery nearly 6 months later. I was advised of the delay after a couple of months and accepted a refund for the delivery charge but really, it’s still far too long to wait for an order. I had to buy a temporary bench while I waited for the Tikamoon one and when it did finally arrive, I was slightly disappointed but really cannot be bothered to return it after all the hassle. I have bought from Tikamoon before and always been very satisfied with my purchases but this has not been a great experience.
