  Very pleased with the Honorine TV unit I ordered from Tikamoon. Delivered very quickly and it looks beautiful. The legs I though would come high but I had to change them up as they came low. I don't think you need to but I treated the wood with the mat oil and the teak came to life, looking warmer in color. Very happy with my purchase.

  Website wouldnt work initially - i should have taken the hint.... Finally got it sorted. Then everything went quiet and there were no further updates. When i chased a few weeks later i was told that my order was on hold as they wont deliver to Northern Ireland. While this is written in the website you REALLY have to search to find it. At no point during the order process was this mentioned (and i went back and checked the T&Cs) and they were happy to accept the order and take my money and sit on it, giving me no information. When i contacted Customer Service they suggested i spent several hundred pounds organising my own delivery. They also made it seem like they were speaking to their supplier for alternative arrangements, however when i pushed them on it, there was no action being taken. Unpleasant experience from start to finish.

  I took time to soak up this beautiful piece of furniture - in the room for a few months, before I let myself have an opinion (I always give my opinion up too quick and something it goes wrong!). My surmise: I just feel it's purely exquisite! I was a skilled Carpe nter in my 30's and this just simply, 'floats my boat!' Rosewood, a fine wood (I'm a believer that you should have respect for the wood that you create with) that gives pleasure in the grain and is visually so aesthetic! I couldn't be happier! This piece of furniture is really hand crafted in weight and posture and finish! The finish is excellent! Yes you have to put the legs on yourself and maybe you need some help with the lifting, but kind of easy - easy instructions (better the most instructions) The Mangents on the doors are a bit too strong at first but embellished the high standard of craftsmanship; open the doors a few times and let the wood breathe! The Magnets will follow. . Absolutely solid and one of the best purchases in my Life! I'd of been proud to make this myself. Quality product. I don't say that;... .. . that often! It's a beautiful piece of furniture!!! It's like as solid as the tax man with a mix of Led Zeppelin! Very Happy Customer.

  Unfortunately our item was damaged when we unpacked the box. A replacement item was delivered two weeks later after I contacted Tikamoon. To my despair, the second item was slightly damaged when unpacked however after contacting Tikamoon they offered a partial refund due to us loving the item. Fantastic customer service.

  The console table I received from Tikamoon was unfortunately damaged. I called customer services (got through in a few minutes) and they dealt with this matter excellently. I didn't want to return the item as it had taken is ages to put together! I received some money back into my account within a few days. Very professional service. I would definitely use them again.

  Absolutely 💯 % customer service. The first sink I ordered was way to heavy for my bathroom unit. Not a problem they arranged collection and I had a full refund I then ordered a lighter sink. Excellent firm to deal with.

  Unfortunately our unit was so badly damaged that we had to return it straight away; one door's hinges were completely broken and the door had fallen off. This is always a risk when buying online furniture as it's the second time it happened to us this year. I cannot however fault Tikamoon's customer service and how easy it was to arrange the return and refund. It looked like a beautiful unit had it not been damaged.

  We ordered a really lovely tv cabinet and it arrived within the agreed time frame. Unfortunately the inner shelf had shifted and damaged during transit. We contacted Tikamoon who gave us a few options to remediate the problem. Very pleased with the options and outcomes provided which were both reasonable and fair. Would happily order from them again.

  Fantastic service from Tikamoon. Slight problem with one drawer in the metal chest. They gave a range of options to remedy it. My only quibble is the amount of non-recyclable plastic, sellotape, and polystyrene that they use.

  The products came damaged because they were extremely poorly packed. We’re talking a bench inside of a cardboard box - no protection whatsoever. The products themselves are not of the quality illustrated on the website - the difference between what a Big Mac looks like in an ad, vs reality. Extremely disappointed and hope the firm buck their act up and listen to the feedback they’ve received from countless other customers, or they will perish in this market where reputation is everything. Would never order from them again and I urge you not to do so.

  Ordered a teal dining table, the product was of awful quality, absolutely dreadful considering the price. The only redeeming feature is that collection and a refund were sorted relatively quickly.

  Thank you for your review. The wood passes through several treatment processes prior to production to help prevent the wood cracking. We are very sorry that your table has not been able to withstand the temperature changes and has cracked on the surface. We can advise that his is a rare occurrence.
