  We bought two pieces. One arrived in great condition, the other had several serious flaws, including rusting hinges, a sprung joint and a poorly filled hole on the front facing door. We had no time to order a replacement (4 months to wait) and in any case with quality control like this, the replacement could be as bad. Our hand was forced we had to have a new piece of furniture repaired before it could be used! We were given options but had to opt for the £150 refund. It was an expensive and disappointing lesson.

  Had a disaster with this order. It wasn't fully assembled as it says it was. It was damaged and fittings were missing. Customer services accepted the problem and compensated at least.

  A super piece of furniture, admired by all our visitors, and doing just what we wanted with its sleek contemporary look. Wood good quality and nice finish. I had to 8nteract with customer service after making an incorrect order and their responsiveness was excellent. Delivery exactly when promised. Outstanding all round.

  The customer service was excellent especially as I made a mistake on the delivery address & it was sorted so easily & quickly by Adam. The chest of drawers I ordered was fantastic. Such a beautiful piece of furniture. I love it so much! Delivery was efficient & I was kept informed & updated regularly. Couldn’t be more happy.

  Excellent customer service. Product excellent design and ideal for what I needed. Finish mediocre..it needs some finishing and treating and mine came with a chip out of a front edge inspite of being very well packed. Company offered generous discount which I accepted. This isn’t anything like Ercol quality but it represents reasonable value for money.

  Really happy with with everything from start to finish. The website is really well layed out and easy to navigate. Communication involving my order was great and delivery was absolutely fantastic. The delivery company ( BJS ) gave me a date and called when they were on their way. They offered to take the furniture to a room of my choice but I didn't require that to be done. The furniture itself is beautiful,well made and has a simple modern design which I absolutely love. This is the third time I've purchased Tikamoon furniture and it's a lot of money for me personally but I have to say,the design,materials used,quality of build and the knowledge that the furniture is ethically made,make it extremely good value for money in my opinion. I look forward to my next purchase.

  The web site is well laid out and easy to navigate. We were very happy with the ordering process, delivery arrangements and most of all with the quality of the furniture. One disappointment was the sideboard - Oscar, is quite blue in the pictures but when it arrived it was a very dark blue bordering on black. It is only in the sunlight it looks blue.

  I do actually like my black hallway table but when it arrived the superglue came out straight away to fix the two pieces of the decorative trim that a broken off and glued back into place ! So not a Great start ! Maybe more attention to packaging?

  The mirror I ordered had a design fault, and the replacement was worse (badly fitted frame). Customer service was prompt and understanding, but I decided not to ask for a further replacement as I had no expectation of receiving a well made product.

  No complaints except the finish on the surfaces of the bookcase/display unit I ordered is a little rough so, when dusting, the cloth leaves bits on the surface. Apart from that, everything else was good and I love it - was well worth the long wait! Would have been useful to have the packaging removed and taken away when delivered as there was a lot of it! After contacting customer services regarding delivery, my order arrived within the following week.

  When I received the sink it was darker than expected, so I emailed the company to see if I could return the sink and have another one sent. They offered to send 2 other sinks so I could choose out of the three which I preferred and then they offered to collect the 2 sinks that I did not want! What fantastic customer care, I would highly recommend this company.

  The site was easy to navigate and the search function was excellent. The range of products is also very good. I particularly like that all the furniture is solid wood, so you're comparing like-for-like on this site where on others there'd be a range of qualities , making comparisons value difficult.

  I received my coffee table on the wheels without one of them screw in properly. One of the wheels had 3 screws missing. That was unfortunate as I have ordered from them before and everything was spot on. However I call customer service and received some money back as compensation. I would still recommend tikamoon as there products are high end quality z

  the large wooden vanity unit was not sufficiently packaged and protected for delivery. the first unit was damaged and was returned and the second visibly affected by transit, but not to a degree where i could be bothered to sent it back. Pack your wooden furniture better!

  This table is beautiful but sadly it was very difficult to put together. The parts (legs, fixings, screws) have not been engineered well and we were not able to attach the lower deck of this table. My husband (who has built many things including a large deck multi level deck in the garden!) battled with the table for sometime but eventually gave up and couldn't find a way to align the legs with the pre drilled holes. Such a same as it is a beautiful piece of furniture.

  Attractive site and pretty easy to follow to the right areas. 360 videos of the products and some extra info like the finish on waxed items made it really useful too!

  Beautiful item even nicer than expected! When ordering there is an up to 6weeks delivery which is fine as it's mentioned when ordering however the delivery was held up for several weeks on top of the original 6 weeks & their communication with me was very poor. I had to chase up where the item was before being informed it had been held up & would be 10 more working days before being dispatched. I then had to contact them again as 10 days went by & no dispatch notification. Responses from customer service were quick however I do feel that they should be making contact with customers when they are aware of delays etc as this would've been much better customer service in my opinion. To order an item in September & not receive it until Novemeber with only the postage reimbursed & without any proactive customer service will make me consider whether I would purchase again.

  Please accept our apologies that your item arrived 3 weeks later than initially advised. Unfortunately are system is not set up to extract specific orders which have a small delay. It is something that we are working on and hope to have a satisfactory solution when we change computer systems next year. We hope you are happy with your new washbasin
