  Reliable seller and efficient customer service. The first delivery failed, but when I contacted tikamoon customer services, the second delivery was booked for me in a couple of days and the parcel got delivered with no issues at all. Very happy with the product and efficient support received.

  The Tikamoon range is like a breath of fresh air, simple yet stylish. I love it. I have ordered twice from their website, 5 items in all, had a small problem with one item and customer services responded and issued a refund very quickly to compensate for it.

  Hi guys just wanted to let you know how happy i am with the customer service provided by yourself probably one of the best i have come across and how quick and easy the returns policy is hassle free. I emailed and called up the company a few times regarding my orders and the customer service by the staff on the phone was brilliant, keep up the good work, i will definitely be recommending Tikamoon to others and ordering again myself.

  A great product. The only issue was trying to act on your suggestion to ask the delivery driver to wait while I checked the item! Was told the post office “don’t do that”. The item was extremely well packed though so no problem with it.

  A lovely looking piece of furniture but not of the best quality. Handle fell off after about ten minutes and the screw is too short to reaffix. Also the item wobbles and doesn’t feel very sturdy. However it is a lovely design.

  Site is easy to use although could do with a few more pictures of products. Unfortunately our sideboard was damaged upon opening it. We contacted customer services and they dealt with it immediately with out any arguments and with an outcome we were happy with. Any company can only really be judged when something goes wrong and how they deal with it. Tikamoon were very professional and gave us options and at no point did we feel we were being fobbed off. Great customer service.10/10

  I ordered a rattan coffee table and side table for my living room. It took me so long to eventually find the perfect piece of furniture for my home which I ordered back on 21st August, only to be let down on the 8th September by Tikamoon. The company knew that I lived in Northern Ireland and took full payment only to inform me that my goods were no longer be able to be delivered to this distinction as due to Brexit. As a customer I am deeply appalled in the way this situation was dealt with and now have to source an alternate version of furniture which I can not find and feel let down. Why was I not contacted sooner if they knew if the circumstances???

  After spending days finding the right furniture, I almost gave up when I found the tikamoon shop. They are producing exactly what I needed, natural oak bathroom furniture, perfect quality, amazing look. Not cheap compared to other brands but worth the money I feel. The delivery was smooth and careful, the guys did everything they could to protect my floor so they did a perfect job. I can recommend the products and the service in general with a warm heart!

  We ordered two items and were really impressed with customer service and delivery team. However the items were extremely heavy and we struggled to get them out of the box. Maybe post pandemic they can consider getting the delivery team to help unwrap the items. We loved the products and can see it’s really good quality. Unfortunately the doors were not hung completely straight and we decided to send back the sideboard. Dealing with tikamoon customer service was amazing. They sorted out a return and refund very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

  So easy to order, items arrived quickly and the delivery booking and delivery itself was amazingly easy Only negative is the significant use of non-recyclable polystyrene and plastic sheeting. Appreciate the items need to be protected but nowhere in London will recycle these plastics and I felt awful sending it all to landfill.

  The product was perfect - as described on the website. Delivery disappointing. Very large product dropped in the room of choice. However I am a single elderly lady and the guys absolutely refused to help me to unpack. I was unable to move the unit and the delivery guys said ‘speak to the retailer - it’s not our problem’. I had to wait for two weeks with unit still boxed up before I could get anyone to help.

  I purchased the Alma metal mesh Wardrobe after 12 months of deliberating. The delivered article had a bent leg and a faulty latch plus the packaging smelt appalling. Replacement was delivered within 10 days in packaging that smelt equally disgusting.

  Lovely service! I wasn’t too sure on the measurements of my product and was very nice and kind in my emails.   The product was outstanding quality. Very pleased and delivery to home was within a few days and delivery company were very cooperative to ensure there. Was no product damage. My contact at customer service was very helpful in helping us select our product and understand transportation arrangements.

  Customer Service was excellent and everybody is very friendly. Product was disappointing as it was damaged so I’m not able to give great rating at the moment until I receive a replacement which I have to wait quite a long time for.

  Not worth the money. Bamboo was not sand down and the wholes for assemble really tight and hard to make those bamboo sticks through.
