  I bought two items from tikamoon. From product to customer service to delivery ... The entire process has been 10/10!! Absolutely beautiful furniture and my bathroom looks incredible. The basin came before expected delivery time and the vanity unit arrived BANG on time. Both items are immaculate. Such a wow factor 😍 Additionally tikamoon honoured a free delivery for one of my items due to me ordering within a 24 hour time frame And again, left a really good feeling in me as a customer. Thank you very much tikamoon! I would recommend your store to everyone.

  From ordering through to admiring my new furniture in my lounge Tikamoon was excellent. Unlike many companies their customer service responded quickly to any queries and kept me fully updated on the progress of my order. The sideboard I purchased is a gorgeous piece of furniture and we are really pleased with how it looks in ‘real life’ as there is always a risk when ordering on line that the real thing will disappoint but definitely not in this case.

  Our Tikamoon console table arrived late and had several chips and scratches. Besides the cosmetic defects, one of the drawer units was actually broken. Tikamoon offered a full refund and arranged pick up but it is a shame to have had to wait several weeks only to receive a damaged console.

  Product itself is perfect, but misleading delivery lead times and a "nothing we can do" customer service attitude lets them down. Getting tired of companies selling and taking payment for products they don't actually have and can't guarantee.

  I waited a long time for my console table order. I had to follow it up as I received not updates. Unfortunately when it was delivered the main part(top) 3 elm Fa the 4 corners were damaged. Customer service was good and I accepted a part refund as it would take another 6 weeks to deliver.

  Lovely TV unit. Quick delivery. Quick response to emails. First tv unit had an issue because the door wouldn’t close but tikamoon replaced it straight away collecting the old unit at the same time as delivering the new one. We also bought some mirrors which were also lovely. Great quality. Great service.

  Good morning, on the whole the service from Tikamoon was fine. The order took 4 months to arrive - but I had been advised that there would be this delay, so that was expected. The notification of the arrival of the delivery was excellent - down to the last five minutes. However, one delivery man struggled with the box on his own and left the heavy box just inside my back door.... my son and I man handled it into position later in the day.

  Many thanks for your reply. However, the delivery issue was by far the minor problem - the actual problem was with the lack of support for the two upper drawers. You have made no mention of this.

  The products are really lovely - very well made and fair value for high quality furniture. But communication wasn't great from the company; one of the items I ordered said it would be ready 'within 4 months'. 4 and a half months later I hadn't heard anything, so I was forced to follow up multiple times with them to determine the delivery date etc... Delivery itself was good.

  We waited 5 months for our coffee table to arrive, including additional delays to the original date. The table then arrived and was defective, as the table and stand did not fit together correctly. Tikamoon offered a replacement but said it wouldn't be available for another 6-8 months which was unacceptable for us. After requesting a refund Tikamoon forgot to send this to my account and I had to chase them to finally send me the money. Overall extremely poor customer service and quality control. I would not reccomend to anyone.

  I ordered the table in June it did say it could take up to 4 months for delivery which was fine, but it only took about 10wks. The delivery company were brilliant giving plenty of notifications. Unfortunately when we unpacked the item there was a little bit of damage to the table top. I notified Tikamoon the same day and they arranged to have the item picked up. Again the delivery company who collected the item were brilliant. Customer services were amazing, nothing was to much trouble for them. Once they received the item back they issued me a full refund.

  I ordered 4 dining chairs and am really pleased with the quality of the produce and the delivery service which was quick and well packaged.   Very impressed with ordering through to delivery. I will order again. Only negative was I had to wax/oil my furniture as wood seemed very dry. Thinking maybe it was stored sometime after made and this may of coursed this ? But a tin of wax have brought the 3 matching pieces up a treat.

  The customer service was second to none. I needed to change the day of delivery. A quick phone call and a confirmation email was received within seconds. No hanging on the phone. Unfortunately when the item came it was damaged, but I sent an email with photo's and the offer of a replacement or refund came the next morning. I opted for the refund as there was a 6 week wait for a replacement. Refund received that day. So although we didn't keep the product the whole experience was exceptional. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

  Tikamoon are a good, professional company to deal with and have been helpful through out the order and delivery process. It took 5 months from order to delivery, but this wasn't Tikamoon faults, just supply chain issues. Unfortunately one of the items was larger than I had anticipated and needed to be returned. This was not an issue and was managed efficiently by Tikamoon.

  The after sales service is shocking and rude, do not believe any on the delivery dates quoted as it will not arrive within the dates specified if it says within 6 weeks it means longer All in all a bad experience not helped but the customer service

  Furniture arrived damaged. It would appear fork lift had picked up box incorrectly as forks marks on the box so more of an issue with this service than product. Decided to get money back after this experience.

  Excellent service from Tikamoon, delivery was well within the 6 week time suggested (I think it arrived in week 4). I ordered a vanity unit which came damaged, on contacting Fiona at customer services the issue was attended to and resolved within days by e-mail Well pleased with my order!
