  Gorgeous headboard beautiful made and well packed whilst using minimal packaging - very clever! Item was delivered on time as well. I’ve never ordered from Tikamoon before but will definitely try them again.

  I had a lot of trouble finding the right cupboard and this is it! Beautiful to my eyes and provides a real visual lift to the room. It is also both capacious and compact. Well made, does the job and should last for generations.

  Waited 6 weeks for a vanity to be delivered, only to be sent a very poor quality, damaged item that was not worth the money. Sadly no replacement for another 6 week wait (which we could not do with builders on site to fit it) so had to try and repair what we had. Sad as the website made it look so lovely. Customer services were however fast and apologetic and offered a part refund

  Delivery has been a nuisance. Let me note: 1. Tikamoon advising that the order was shipped, and the courier company (BJS, was it?) advising that they have not received the parcel. Resolution of the puzzle: the delivery has two stages; Tikamoon shipped the goods from France, but BJS have not received it. 2. BJS, as it turned out, demanding that one confirms the proposed delivery slot, communicated via SMS. The text message did not make that demand clear; I did not do anything, and had my delivery slot gone. Ooops!3. BJS refusing to bring a wooden crate indoors, out of concerns for the floors! (Did not want to scratch them). I paid for a 2-man delivery, but ended up carrying a heavy crate myself. Thanks a bunch, Tikamoon!

  Thank you for your feedback. It is correct that our warehouse is located in France and the items must transfer across to our delivery partner, BJS in the UK. Once they have received the orders, you are then contacted with a proposed date for the delivery. In order to ensure you are home at the time of delivery, they will only confirm the time slot once you have accepted the proposed date. BJS should bring the item into your room of choice, up to the second floor. We are very sorry this did not happen and will address this with our account manager. We hope you are happy with your new unit and will enjoy it in your bathroom for years to come.

  Very happy with the bedside table which was just as described. It was dispatched quickly and packaged well being already built (no screwdrivers needed). My only gripe is that the delivery service was not as described. It arrived by Parcel force, not a courier, so I wasn't able to arrange a suitable date. Instead I was told the date and didn't find out the estimated time of arrival until that morning. Had I been at work that would have been very inconvenient. Also, the Parcel force driver (although very nice) wasn't allowed to bring the item into my house. Perhaps Tikamoon could update delivery info on their website to manage customer expectations.

  Was sent the last remaining wash basin as it came with a huge mark on it which was clearly a repair. They offered a refund or a voucher but a replacement which is the only thing we wanted was FOUR months wait. I even said to them I can’t help but feel you’ve had this in stock waiting for someone to order it rather than acknowledging that there is already damage on it as it was the last one you can’t help but think it’s too coincidental.

  Initially, I had trouble ordering my goods as the verification button would not work. I emailed Tikamoon and had a lovely reply within 48 hours whereby I was told if I emailed my order it would be processed and I would be given details as to how I could pay. I did this and received another very nice email to let me know all was in order. The goods, 2 bedside tables, arrived from France within 10 days and we were delighted with them , in fact we were over the (Tika)moon with them. I had read some poor reviews for the company but we found it to be faultless and Laura, who contacted me by email, could not have been more helpful and very polite. Thank you for a great service.

  Delivery was very slow, delayed and rescheduled multiple times. The time scale is entirely not as described as per website - it took 6+ months for the table to arrive and TIKAMOON team is reluctant to compensate. We had to specifically arrange to be home for the delivery and were only told the table will not be delivered on the same day.

  The review is based on the service received from Tikamoon and not the quality of the product. The order process was very good and a discount was offered. The progressing of the delivery was also good. Sadly the product was damaged upon unpacking and the style didn't quite achieve our expectations. However Tikamoon were very professional in processing the return and the refund to my credit card. First class customer service from Tikamoon, its just a shame the product didn't meet our expectations.

  Excellent site, easy to navigate. Disappointed that the two delivery men did not wear any PPE including face masks. I wore a mask, opened all windows to respect their safety. Excellent customer service at Tikamoon.

  Excellent experience ordering from Tikamoon my units are absolutely gorgeous and top quality also . As for the customer service can’t fault it I had to change my delivery date twice and nothing was too much trouble extremely helpful and polite on the phone. When the delivery arrived the driver rang 30mins before and when they arrived they were also pleasant and took the units where I wanted them one of the boxes was a little damaged the driver rang the office of couriers to let them know and when I did open them if there was any damage they had it all on record. But the way Tikamoon pack their items is 1st class protection for the item in all the right places and double packed for extra protection. Can’t fault my experience at all amd would definitely use them again.

  The table is beautiful but the delivery and assembly - painful. The table actually comes in two pieces (so it's not fully assembled as it states on the website) and the top came in a wooden crate which took good 30 mins to disassembly as there were tons of nails to unscrew. It then required three strong man to turn the table up because it so heavy and precious. It looks lovely in the kitchen. To be honest, I'm not sure we would have chosen this product had we known how much trouble and effort the assembly requires

  Great site; nice choice of things; good prices. We did have some problems with our order (mistakes made in the making of it, not Tickamoon’s), and they instantly offered us a refund, or replacement. We opted to try and sort them out ourselves, and they gave us a discount. V good customer service, lots of apologies. Would use them again.

  Waited 5 weeks for delivery and it was delivered to the wrong street to a house where the occupier was disabled and couldn't get to the door a carer had taken it in. Not tikamoons fault but you can't ring to sort it and every email adds another day. I spent the week running up and down in my car to the address to try and catch a carer to retrieve it. When i did receive it i was fuming as the quality was nothing like the images shown in the photos. The drawer runners had come away from the unit the drawers didn't fit right it had scuff marks and dents, it was a piece of junk. They offered me £100.00 off and we eventually got to £125 which i rejected. my joiner told me to offer £50.00as that's what the timber would cost and he would rebuild it but they wanted £over £200.00 for something that looked like it had been picked up at the tip. Will never use this company again, they show quality items and send tat.

  Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies that your unit was damaged during transit and the drawer rails had come away. As the images we were provided did not show any exterior marks to the unit, we offered a partial rerund appropriate to its condition. We are disappointed we were unable to provide you with a perfect unit on this occasion.

  There were many marks to the units exterior as you saw in the photos. Had it been correctly made and packaged it would have been able to withstand the journey. I am renovating a house and have hundreds of items delivered which do not arrive like that. My carpenter said it was very poorly made.
