  Delivery was quick! Would say that need to take more care handling your package. He was throwing it down off the van. But that’s the only issue I had! The coffee table itself is my new favourite piece of furniture sooo in love! Worth every single penny.

  Very beautiful looking product and no assembly required. The quality is great and it was delivered in a sturdy packaging. I would only recommend that their delivery can be improved by unpacking and removing the packaging rather than inundating customer’s house making them pay a special trip to skip.

  Unfortunately the delivery time was double what was advertised on the website, which really delayed our renovation. When the piece of furniture arrived, it had been damaged in delivery. The delivery company at our end were very good, but there was some significant damage to the corner of the unit. We did not want a replacement and this would hold up our renovation even more. Instead we asked for a 25% refund, which we received. The whole experience was pretty disappointing.

  Contacted customer service via email to change delivery address and had confirmation of address change. Day of delivery was contacted by delivery driver and they had the wrong address details. I was unable to contact Tikamoon as there phone number does not work and it took two days back and forth with delivery company to sort a re-delivery. Had emailed Tikamoon about this and they did not respond. The customer service I experienced was poor. Once item was eventually delivered I was pleased with it. Just a shame the company are not responsive.

  I ordered a beautiful seesham console table. It took a long time to arrive and when it did it was quite badly scratched at two of the corners, even though the packaging was intact. However I was satisfied with Tikamoon's handling of the situation, and will continue to order from them again as they do have lovely furniture.

  The headboard arrived on time and there were no issues with delivery. Overall I’m happy with the purchase but the quality of finish is not as good as I has expected. There are some marks, I believe from wood filler or something like that, that are visible. Not huge, I can live with it but that’s why I’ve given 4 stars.

  I love the dresser but unfortunately the colour on your page is very deceiving! I thought it would have been more blue even though the description said ‘black’. As usual the product is very well made and once I got over the disappointment of the colour I am happy with the unit.

  Excellent customer service. Sorted out an error at the couriers on the same day as being informed of it and got them to deliver it within 48 hours. The item is exactly what I wanted, quality.

  Chairs are fantastic quality and look beautiful. Match the table perfectly. Delivery was sooner than predicted whilst there was a few months wait originally - kept up to date and easy to arrange the week before. Solidly packaged, as always. Can’t fault anything!

  The quality of the packaging for my vases was extremely poor, it is pure luck they were not damaged. Furthermore I had to pay for postage per item! It’s put me off buying again.

  I love Tikamoon, it is always my first stop when I'm looking for furniture. Their things are hand made with sustainable materials and the quality of their pieces is superior to their cost. There doesn't seem to be anything like it anywhere else.

  Beautiful on the outside but on closer inspection once we were ready to install, it was all damaged on the inside and the workmanship was pretty poor. Delivery was just AWFUL.. £50 something and they wouldn't even take it upstairs. useless. not ordering again

  This rating is purely on customer service. You cannot get through to this company so if you have an issue, don’t expect a resolution. The delivery company however was great, but that was an external company and that’s not what this review is for!

  This was our second order within a couple of months. The first order we received was slightly damaged ( scratched on one side and doors misaligned) and had some screws / bolts missing. Because of how long we waited we decided to keep the product and accept a financial gesture from Tikamoon. When our second product(s) arrived 4 months later, we were again dissapointed to find that one of the mirrors was broken. As we had ordered a matching pair to create a specific feature, it meant that both mirrors had to be returned. whilst there was no issue with Tikamoon with regards to the refund , we are back to square one four months on having to start to search for another product . Whilst Tikamoon handled the refund well, the packaging and delivery of the items were wholly inadequate , particulalrly considering the distance they have travelled from.

  Being unaware of the company tikamoon before I started my bathroom project I did a quick review check online prior to placing my order, a few negative comments made me reconsider my order however that 'pause' has been totally un-warranted. The basin arrived quickly, without damageand looks like an excellent choice (although it's not in yet) Totally happy!

Our production team are constantly improvidng our pacakging methods but the handling of the item once it has left our warehouse is out of our control. Unfortunately we are experiencing difficulties with our phone lines, with only 70% of customers being able to reach us at this time. Our phone provide is working on solution so we hope to have this resolved shortly.

  Amazing items the unit is solid and well built, although still in protective packaging. The washbasin is beautiful. Slight issue on delivery but couldn’t fault Tikamoon’s customer service who replied with hours. Now to design the bathroom around this . The only downside is the length of delivery but I suppose this keeps the price down. Thanks Tikamoon.

  The delivery of our new coffee table went exactly as we expected. The delivery driver was courteous and happy, cracking a couple of jokes. The coffee table fits in with our sitting room, it is different, not what you see in neighbouring houses.

  An excellent site and company. Any pre-order enquiries were answered immediately and were very helpful. After the order was placed I was kept up to date and the pedicted delivery date was very accurate. Very impressed with the delivery details and procedures of the delivery company that are in place due to the pandemic. Two out of the three items had to be returned due to the size and customer service at Tikamoon was brilliant. An immediate response and the return was arranged. Had a concern about the care of the media unit I had kept which, again, the company answered straight away and was very helpful. I cannot praise this company highly enough and would advise anyone to deal with them, I certainly hope I do.

  - The first package was delivered broken. That delivery company is clearly not handling the package correctly as it takes a lot of impact to break that type of solid wood which is more than appropriately wrapped - Again, delivery company provides Mon- Fri delivery times, I guess they think any one can leave work for a 3 hours window of collection! - Simply for that premium price a better delivery method is the one thing that needs changing here.. - Customer service phone is continously not working but ticamoon replied to emails promptly in fairness and they sent a replacement promptly. They did provide a week end slot of delivery when needed.. - The furniture is top class as expected but the details experienced were a bit annoying!! - To conclude, the furniture is excellent, Customer phone line needs fixing and delivery company is not worth paying!!

  Um WOW. My kwarto vanity unit arrived and it was absolutely beautiful. I was totally gutted to have to return because I hadn't really grasped how big it would look in my room. I could have fallen on the floor when returning was as easy as sending Tikamoon an email. They then arranged pick up for free and with the most ease possible. I'm now a huge advocate and feel like I need to buy a bigger house with a bigger bathroom because I really wanted that vanity unit :D

  I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered 3 items but only received 1 item. No explanation as to why I didn't get a message regarding delivery or why I couldn't collect.

We are still investigating the location of your console table, but have deemed it lost. Our customer service team have fully refunded you for this items.

  Thanks for your response, however this is completely different to what I was told over the phone and by text message. I was told that I wouldn't accept delivery - which was incorrect. It seems that there is a disconnect between your departments, and no one knows the delivery process. Message the receiver in advance, let them know a delivery will be made at a certain time - as most delivery companies do. If something is damaged/lost - inform the receiver, people understand these things happen. Dont provide incorrect information, then change the message later - this isn't good practice or good for reputation.

As there are different types of walls, it will be necessary to purchase the correct screw suitable for your wall type.
