  Product was exactly as described - is really good quality and looks fantastic. The delivery courier is fantastic, really good communication so you know exactly when it's arriving. Needed to return an item - customer support were so helpful and return process with the courier was really easy.

  The order took four months to be fulfilled, as stated on the website. The quality of item itself is not as high as expected, the drawers are stiff to pull out and put back in, the wood slabs glued together have a significant difference in colours in some points, there are scratches and marks around the wood. The delivery was terrible, the item weights 63 Kg on the websites and qualifies for delivery to room of choice up to 2nd floor. As I live on the 1st floor, this was essential. The BJS courier arrives with a package allegedly of 75.8 Kg, 0.8 Kg above the maximum weight for delivery upstairs. The two couriers were adamant on the health and safety issues (0.8 Kg above threshold, very convenient) and left the massive package sitting in my hallway, stinking like horse stables and faeces, inconveniencing me and my neighbour downstair (which also just moved in). Also they faked my signature! After contacting the customer service a couple of times and explaining what happened in detail, they arranged a new delivery, this time the two couriers that arrive were much nicer and more understanding, brought the item upstairs with enough care and put an end to this nightmare. The customer service was relatively good after all and compensated me for the stress and inconvenience.

  Broken item due to transit issues. Customer services had the audacity to offer us £100 off an £800 item. Not a chance. It would have cost us double that to get it fixed. Customer services broadly useless, kept losing emails we'd sent despite the order number being in the subject. These were emails that I'd had confirmation by other customer care agents that had been received. Had to send two lots of photos on two separate occasions. Takes at least two days to get any jobs of response.

  Delivery did not offer assembly (I would happily have paid a bit more for this). The unit is lovely but it does have several areas of damage/imperfection but way too complicated to try and address once out of the packaging.

  Ordering and confirmation went smoothly, Good follow-up communication on delivery. Unfortunately after unpacking the items, one of them was found to be damaged. The company responded immediately to my message and offered alternatives. A replacement item has been delivered to me today - in perfect condition. Very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

  The delivery drivers refused to take the goods upstairs because they were too heavy. So we sent them back. However tikamoon organised “professional lifters” and a redelivery but unfortunately the items were still too difficult in a mixture of size and weight. So the same delivery company returned to remove them. They said ‘we can get them up for you’ but we had had enough by them. They were rude and dragged and manhandled the two beautiful untouched products on to their wagon with zero care. Literally dragged them out of the house and down the street with no trolley. We told Tikamoon. They reassured us we would get a refund and we did with absolutely no quibble. So, product looked lovely from what I saw of it, service and quality of product excellent. Delivery company awful. Unprofessional and damaging the reputation of Tikamoon. Change the delivery company. awkward to get up the stairs in a combination of size and weight.   I was disappointed. I ordered a mirror to go with the vanity unit. The vantity unit was untreated so after waxing it the mirror was already treated so was a completely different tone. A waste of money. I’d assumed the mirror was also untreated but it had been laqered.

I am sorry for the confusion, the product pages state if they are oiled or varnished and a lot of our teak products are not so that you have the choice of how you want to protect them. Should you wish to return the mirror to find something that matches, please be aware that we have a free 60 day returns policy.

  The quality and finish of the first items I recieved were not good. Infact totally unacceptable (cracking, wonky). Certainly not by price point standards. The service to replace them was much better and pretty slick. The replacements are much better quality and finish all round that do better reflect the price point.

  Ordered 2 pieces of furniture. Both had damages that are not the result of poor packaging or delivery. Just really poor craftsmanship and no quality control. The TV stand had a nail sticking out to the side... I think casual DIYers can do a better job. Really disappointed given the price - TV stand was 1000+ quid. They gave 10% compensation for both items though. Won't be buying again from them again.

  The trunk had very poor fittings of the lowest quality I’ve ever seen!I kept the trunk as it was the right size, but had to remove the straps. I kept them to post to you so that you can see for yourself if required. I returned the headboard without opening it due to my feeling of disappointment with the quality issues with the trunk.

  Order should have taken 6 weeks to be delivered, took over 4 months, ordered 2 bedside cabinets which appeared a good size in the photos, when they came they are tiny, look a bit silly by my high bed, checked the photos on the site and they are pictured by a mattress on the floor, dont know whether the dimensions have changed since ordering, also pictures look dark grey when I ordered but were actually black, think maybe that was my mistake as I didn't check the colour description, overall though the quality is really good so no complaints about that would recommend , but be prepared for a long wait and lots of emailing

  The furniture is beautifully designed, but arrives looking like bare wood and needs extra varnish to make it waterproof for a bathroom. There are cracks and dents in the wood, but by the time I had unpacked it and had it fitted, it was too late to return, so I've made do. The customer service were not particularly helpful and suggested I buy their version of what is essentially Danish oil. 'Ideally don't get it wet'.... strange advice when it's a bathroom vanity unity!!

  Coffee table is really well made and stylish. It took a while to deliver due to current customs restrictions with protected woods and Sheesham requires paperwork which take a while. Customer service was excellent and responsive and even refunded delivery costs. Can’t fault the service or product.

  Quality and customer service not in line with their brand or prices. Item arrived damaged due to a screw being overtightened and splitting the wood. (Struggling to get resolution - still waiting). Don't seem to care about reputation. Very hard to recommend to others.

  We bought a nice table for our hall. Sadly, one of the legs was missing an important element (it was possibly the wrong leg for the table) and it’s really incapable of standing straight. We have add to improvise to use it at all …. And certainly not as intended. Partial refund doesn’t really solve the problem. Shame as the actual piece is fine … as were customer service

  Everything was great, but on delivery of the three items and taking into account variations of tone for a natural product I am very disappointed with the items. Before I ordered I was assured that I would be sent items of the best match possible, but on unpacking two of the items I found that I had been sent one definite brown walnut dresser and one definite walnut with a more teak colouring. Contacted customer services and was sent a generic spiel as to the products being natural and therefore being subject to variations. I replied but have had no response yet. Absolutely love the items, but believe that better efforts could have been made to send items of a more similar tone of finish. Waiting for your attention please

  The Nobu sink is a great product. I wanted a specific size, and as the size is advertised as approximate I rang Tikamoon. I was advised to buy three sinks, keep the one which fitted best and return the other two. I did this, and all three sinks were a very similar size. There were tooling marks on one, and internal streaks on the second, so I kept the third and returned the other two. I was refunded promptly.
