Verified reviewThe website said one unit of poles, showing two poles, but when arrived there was just one pole. You should make it clear that a unit is not a pair of poles (see photo) but just one.

Verified reviewWas surprised item came from Gerona. When ordered said despatched by Royal Mail 48 so we got impression was shipped from the UK. It took several days to get to UK so took a lot longer to arrive than anticipated.

Verified reviewEasy to order, good selection of clothes and shoes, very fast delivery (the delivery wasn't cheap). The sandals were packaged (originally I suppose) in their box in a loose plastic bag and in transport the sandals had fallen out of the box and were not protected. Luckily they weren't squashed or damaged and I am very happy with my purchase.

Verified reviewDelivery of order was very slow. With Amazon they deliver the following day, yours took over a week. Why do you charge postage for orders over £50.00? My was £90.00. The shoes are OK but when rdering direct from Salomon they have a very diifferent lacing system, yours shoes were made in India!
