Verified reviewCustomer service is appalling. I was sent the wrong item. About 7 emails/contact forms later I get a reply saying they don’t exchange products. No apology for sending the wrong item and no offer to pay for postage. And no clarification that the item I want is in stock. Appalling

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture) Please sign in to your account by using your email address and password and select My orders. Poor customer service team, tried automated chat, WhatsApp and returns portal but no one will get in touch to send a replacement, automated chat said I will have to reorder (paying for delivery again, despite them sending me the wrong product). I am happy to change my review once someone gets in touch.

Verified reviewOrdered a new trail running vest for my wife which was easy enough and seemed like it was a decent price. My only negative would be the lack of delivery information. I received an email saying it was in transit and that it had arrived in the UK but there was no information on how to locate where it actually was. Thankfully I was in the day the postman delivered it unexpectedly. Overall though I wouldn't be massively put off by this and would likely order from here again.

Verified reviewCouldn’t believe some of the price for boots I was reviewing. Ended up getting two pairs for the same price I was to pay for one. There are a number of bad reviewing on here, but I checked my sizes first and width is important and within a week I had my two pairs delivered without a problem.
