Verified reviewThe salt and pepper set are exactly the right colour I wanted. Life time quarentee was definitely the selling point as I have so many sets in my cupboard which are useless.

Verified reviewVery quick and helpful response on problems with our delivery. Packaging could have been better with products having fallen out of their individual packaging and rolling around in the package, some stuffing might help; however everything arrived without damages.

Verified reviewThis was easy to order, the type of product I specifically wanted was out of stock, however I ordered an alternative. The service was top notch, 4 stars only as the amount of packaging for a tiny product was totally excessive and should be reviewed.

Verified reviewService was good, but delivery confusing. After being told that the mill had shipped a few days later I learnt that it had arrived in France (I thought that was where it had started)! I was advised that Collisimo (DPD in the UK) had my package and were going to delivery it. However, I received two SMS messages from Fedex regarding a forthcoming delivery. I didn't know if this was a scam, or real. In the end FEdex delivered the package. Confusing!

Verified reviewI have still not yet recieved my order. I have been given give 4 or possibly 5 "track your order" emails, each said September 1st, the last emails were dated September 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th and 8th!!! On September 1st, I waited in, after 5.00pm I attempted to conatct Peugeott 'verified reviews', nobody would respond to any emails because your business was closed for the weekend and a national holiday in the UK. I then went on holiday, absolutely unable to contact you and find our what was going on. This is very poor customer service and support. I have now returned from holiday, a voicemail message asks me to telephone you and arrange a delivery time. I shall do that tomorrow (today is Sunday!), I hope delivery will be successful.
