Verified reviewThe site is awesome - no issues ordering and super fast delivery! Having said that I am super happy with the pepper grinder (I bought a set) but the salt mill not so much- despite being filled with course salt it keeps falling out the bottom - the top is tight so not sure why this is, but it’s a little messy !

Hi there- I would like to return the salt mill- do I need to send it back with the pepper mill also? ( I have the original packaging) also - just an FYI- the mill came with coarse salt inside which fell out - I refilled it with coarse salt - same thing- also the mill does not grind the salt - just comes out coarse and mostly falls out

Verified reviewReceived the U Select salt and pepper mills. Love the Graphite color as it’s non glossey. Service was awesome. When tracking my order the transport company lost my package. Called them and customer service was so friendly and were on it right away. Resent my order and it was here in Montreal within days. We ordered 2 different sizes so we know when we grab one for cooking we know which one it is. Nice to dial in what size of grain you want. Sometimes you want a larger grain when cooking. They look awesome and do not leave grounds on our countertop. Very high quality and you are getting what you pay for. Will never need a replacement with these.

Verified reviewItem came let and without an email on the day saying that it would be out for delivery. Item was clearance but would have appreciated a note saying why/that the logo had been rubbed off. Item works fine, enjoying it, just would have appreciated more communication in shipping and on product description.

Regarding the logo, this should not be 'rubbed' off.
