Hi Millie, Thank you for your review. I see that you placed your order back in November. We had only recently launched in the UK and had a few issues with couriers. Our orders do take 7-10 working days to arrive as they come from France, but we are confident that our delivery times have improved as well as our communication since that time. Hi Chris, Thank you for your review and sorry to read that the colour of the mill was not representative of the mill on our website. I can see you bought the Roellinger which is a pepper mill in deep red-coloured wood. Perhaps you could contact our customer service team here: https://uk.peugeot-saveurs.com/en/contact/ as it's possible you have been sent the wrong mill. The Roellinger doesn't come as a salt mill.
