Verified reviewI placed 4 separate orders a few weeks ago. Two have been received. One (the first and biggest order) never shipped despite the items being shown as in stock and I cancelled it after 2 weeks and am still waiting for a full refund! The last one is allegedly in transit. Estimated delivery dates are way off and I have no faith that items are really in-stock at the point of order. Unlikely to use again.

A refund for the mentioned order has just been issued, you will receive the corresponding amount within the next few days. 14/10/2024 09:25:43 - Cancelacion importe: 227.92 GBP We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products you are given an estimated delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics centre (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the transport company you have chosen. We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed. In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers. Your last order is still in transit: 2024-10-15 20:06:00 IN TRANSIT - EXPORTED GREENFORD MC ITEM SCANNED ON ITS JOURNEY We do have taken your comments into account and sent them to the corresponding department in order to continuously improve and take action to also enhance the quality of our service. Verified reviewdelivery was slow. feedback was good. Item description inadequate as it came with an EU plug (incompatible with UK sockets)so I was forced to by a 3pin adapter to plug the 2 pin plug into.
