  Couldn't track my order on the website or get in contact to find out what was happening, went onto Facebook and saw lots of people hadn't received their goods and got worried, almost 2 weeks before I received my goods so very expensive delivery charges in my opinion.

  I ordered an item a model of a rural house kit towards the end of March 2020 . This order was processed but for some reason you had the wrong address ,the courier could not deliver as they did not recognize the address, i contacted you and gave the correct address since then I have heard nothing.

  Not great, communication is poor and the phone number doesn't work! Sent a email asking where my model was as the delivery was taking forever. Response was slow, they eventually got back to me with a brief message that was not massively helpful. They have to ship items from their warehouse in Normandy which they don't show on the website very clearly.

  They have a good range of models at pretty good prices. Delivery from France to the UK, especially during the pandemic, has been swift and at the beginning rather than at the end of the promised period. All items delivered intact and undamaged. No problems with this company.

  I found this company online thought i would give them a try. I read a lot of reviews after i purchased the item i bought a remote control truck. The company says based in UK but actually is based in Paris. My item arrived in the specific time stated, and well pleased thank you, a pleasure doing business with you.   Terrible experience... the scaletrix came with a french plug (I ordered from a British website, I.e. a .co.uk and had it delivered to an English address so it should���ve come with an English plug). There are no phone numbers that actually work !!! And i have looked all over the internet for contact phone numbers. I had to spend ��25 to return the scaletrix as it���s broken (and I had to buy a french to Uk plug adapter). When I do get a reply to my questions (sent via the website) my question is rarely answered correctly!!! And I am still chasing them up for my refund and also for them to reimburse me for the postage for me to return the broken scaletrix set

  I ordered 2 Simpsons talking bottle openers. The packaging on one was already open on receipt & didn���t work. The other is properly packaged but you can test the talking as there���s an instruction on the packet to do that. It doesn���t work either. The same day I received them I emailed 1001 model kits & explained. I sent photos. I said I wanted to return them & get either 2 that worked or a refund. I got an email back saying they didn���t accept back things that had been opened & suggested that they might need new batteries!! These things were new! But I had not opened them - they are still as they were as I���m still waiting to hear from them about what they���re going to do! Disgusted with the quality of goods and the lack of customer service. They are not fit for purpose. I���m about ��30 down and left with 2 useless products.   Terrible aftercare service, I placed an order for an expensive model kit that arrived damaged, fair enough shipping is not their fault, however the box had been previously opened and repacked wrong, All three of there contact numbers do not work, sent multiple emails and when I finally got a reply they offered a 10% credit note, which won���t even cover the cost to repair or cover up the damage, since that email to which I replied to they have had no further contact with me nor given me the credit note.   I am awarding 4 stars because the advertisement leads one to believe you are a UK based company and it was only when I was advised by Hermes that they had a parcel from B2C Europe and upon subsequent delivery that I realised you were based outside UK. That in itself is not a problem, I am happy to deal with companies outside UK, it was just not expected. Apart from that excellent, kits were as ordered and dispatched promptly but delivery was longer than I expected as I thought you was UK based, but was ok considering you are not UK based..

  I have missing parts in the model I had bought, received the model on the 13th July still not resolved now the 26th. Not impressed with the after sales support. Model kit was a Heller 1/125 scale Ariane V only 40 piece kit, 12 pieces missing ( full spruce). It���s now the 11th of August and still no parts, been told that they are being sent from 1001 model kits Vendor, who have still to send them, totally not happy with the sale support received, I have had to contact 1001 myself to get updates. Which seems to be no progress

  Ordered a kit 9 weeks ago and was told that it had been dispatched a week later. After several email exchanges I requested an update or a refund to which the response was that they were still following up with Hermes. No further communication was forthcoming so I instructed my bank to reclaim a refund via the Chargeback arrangement which they did straight away. For more than 20 years I have ordered models from all over the world with few problems. Perhaps I was just unlucky but this was the first and last time I will use this supplier.
