  I ordered 1/72 scale pilots for my red arrow planes and was very happy with the detail of the figures. They arrived on time and well packaged. I was kept well informed every step of the way. The only thing that I suppose I could criticise about is when they were displayed online they were painted but as far as I can remember it did not say in the description that they came unpainted which was a worry until they arrived . I was very glad that they did come unpainted so that I could paint them in the colour I needed. A brilliant product.

  My puzzles arrived a day late but UPS admitted the mistake was theirs. 1001 modelkits kept me out date all the way along and the puzzles were well packed. Delivery price was very reasonable since the puzzles came from France and delivery was very quick (UPS allowing).I'll happily shop with them again.

  1001 usually have the kits that I want. Delivery can sometimes take quite a while as the warehouse seems to be in France. Last order seemed to take about 3 weeks from order to delivery, but they are probably suffering with lockdowns as much as anyone.

  My order took a month to be delivered. I placed the order on 16th November and yet it transpired that it hadn't even been dispatched until 30th. During this time, no reason or apology was sent to explain this delay. When the order eventually arrived it was incorrect. The only saving grace was that a refund was supplied for the missing items - but I would much rather have had them in a timely fashion.

  My experience so far is to select and pay for goods which are not then delivered. The delivery company Hermes failed to find our address which has been here for 40 years and returned the item to you. I suggest you find a reliable delivery company and either return our money or provided the goods. Update Still had no contact from customer service as promised. But have had 2 deliveries today from Hermes via separate companies with no problems! How long is a couple of days replying to me? This is a Christmas present and it will be difficult to explain why someone has got nothing from me on Xmas day.

  I have had several dealings with this company and have always found them to be professional in both service and delivery. They constantly update you with any problems that may arise due to shortage of stock or even delivery delays, especially over the last 7 - 8 months during the coronavirus pandemic.   Ordered products and didn���t get a confirmation email just an email taking my payment. Researched website and it came up as a scam site, so sent an email cancelling my order and informing them that payment had been stopped. The next day received endless emails telling me couldn���t cancel my order etc etc. I did however receive delivery of the items however the boxes were damaged and looked like they had been opened and indeed sent out and returned before! All of the models had been removed from their spines and were just rolling around in the packaging.   This posting is as at 1700GMT on 25/12/20 in response to a request from 1001 Modelkits for a review. Current status is that my order, placed on 04/12/20, is yet to arrive. At the time of order it was claimed to be in stock but then delayed whilst stock was obtained. Email received on 18/12 stating it has been shipped but the Courier's status is still at ""We're expecting it"". Update at 29/12. Parcel arrived today in good condition. Recipient very happy with it. Changed title from ""Never getting further business with this kind of service"" and rating from 1star to 3 star. No higher because the initial ""In stock"" was not true and the length of delivery time prior to receipt by UK courier was excessive (although some of that may have been abnormal due to covid related port closures).

  Having been let down by another company,I was grateful to be able to find a Christmas present in stock here. 1001 shipped my order promptly but Hermes took a very long time to deliver it 10 days!!! In addition the Hermes tracking system didn't really function well. For me to order from this company again they would need to change their delivery provider!

  This company is rubbish I had an order supposed to be delivered 23rd December !! They taken my money unfortunately on a debit card so cannot get it back. We are now at 6th Jan no order, have tried to phone just answer machine , have tried to email but cannot get email address, and now you send an email asking how did we do well the answer is RUBBISH DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Nadine Morey

  The kit arrived in good time for Christmas despite general postal delays due to COVID and the component parts of the kit are of good quality. It was well received as a gift.
