Verified reviewThe level of customer support is appalling. Immediately after placing the order, I needed to cancel it, and looking at the order information, it was awaiting packaging, and not shipped. Despite me contacting them via email and phone, they simply refused to help, to the point that they were rude and condescending. Due to the web address being a .co.uk address, and a UK phone number, I assumed they were a UK based company, but they are based in France, so if I return it, I have to pay high postage fess. Not at all impressed with how they handled this, and I would strongly advise avoiding this unhelpful and difficult company

Verified reviewOrder came in good time but they sent a different bag which was completely the wrong one and then told me that it was the bag I ordered but a different colour which was not true, I did send pictures of the 2 styles but they were adamant that they were the same..
