Verified reviewOrdered x2 Graf Zeppelin and X5 Kilo models, received a box with a dispatch note saying all above enclosed, but actually only x1 Graf Zeppelin and x3 Kilo enclosed. Repeatedly contacted and made this known to 1001hobbies, but days later and still no answer from them to acknowledge let alone deal with problem.

Verified reviewPlaced an order for Xmas, with a published delivery time of 2 weeks. Should have been plenty of time. When there was no sign of it, I had to contact them to chase delivery. To be told there’s no way it would be delivered for Xmas! Therefore I had to cancel! COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT.

Verified reviewI purchased a tamiya carbon fibre chassis upgrade kit from 1001 hobbies. This excellent item arrived safely and well packaged, in perfect condition. The price was very good. I'm very exited to build this into my touring car. The delivery was a little bit slow (2 weeks) but I suspect this is due to brexit. Overall, very happy with service, and would recommend 1001 hobbies. Will use again.
