Verified reviewI was very pleased with the email communication from order to delivery, I was kept updated regularly, my order was delivered in 5 days to the UK from France, had no additional import fees due to order being below £135. I had seen some bad reviews for delivery and communication which made me a bit unsure about ordering from them at first, I have only had a positive experience and plan on placing another order soon, I am guessing the bad reviews were due to Brexit and covid which are out of anyone's control.

Verified reviewA comprehensive site with an excellent stock, including some quite obscure kits. Guidance is given as to the level (around £135) where our Customs chums are likely to take an interest. A helpful warning! Probably takes a little longer than many vendors based in the UK, but, living as we do in the United Pingdom, that's a problem out of the control of 1001hobbies! Check prices. Some a bit high, many very competitive. Recommended!

Verified reviewWebsite should have stated that stock was not held in the uk and import duty/vat was payable. The note that additional cost may be due to COVID was misleading. The import duty should have been stated before conformation of order.
