Verified reviewThe item arrived damaged and so far I have not had any response to my E-mails to the company - I will probably have to ask my bank to initiate a claw back to see if I can get a refund that way - such a shame

Verified reviewI ordered a model car from 1001hobbies.co.uk. It arrived in the UK at my address extremely fast after placing my order. I didn't know i was ordering from another country, i thought the website was UK based but the model car i ordered was sent to me from France. Not a problem as such but i prefer to buy from inside the UK and had i known i was ordering from France i probably would have bought the model car elsewhere. Saying that, the service was great and delivery was fast and the price was good so all in all i have no complaints and will buy from 1001hobbies.co.uk again for sure.

Verified reviewThe model kit arrived in good condition and time, considering the package had to pass through customs. The email containing the delivery information though, was displayed in French, and even when I selected the Union Jack icon to specify UK language, only a very small portion of the page was translated to English. But no other issues. All was good.

Verified reviewProduct was as described and arrived quickly. I did however have problems with the VAT being charged twice on my order. Customer services were unable to rectify so in the end I had to claim the VAT back from the HMRC myself. All in All the product ended up being competitively priced, but the work to get the VAT rectified was abit of a pain.
