Verified reviewReasonable delivery time, given the problems between the UK and the EU at the moment. Parcel arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped in bubble-wrap and sellotape. Will order again from this supplier and will recommend 1001hobbies to others.

Verified reviewCame reasonably quickly to UK, took a few days to be dispatched in France, but to be fair I used the standard cheapie delivery option. Don't really tell you it is in France until you complete the order, so could be more transparent. Still, I would use them again and got a 'hard to find' elsewhere item, so on balance I would recommend, provided you don't need it next day or 2 day delivery to the UK.

Verified reviewthis company is a ripoff they do not inform you about import duties £56.00 on my order you think you are buying from an UK company , but you then find out it is a french company, you receive an email asking for import duties !!!!!!!! we all know how many scam emails we receive. You then ask 1001 hobbies for confirmation of import duties, they then do not reply so you check the couriers website. Even worse they have shipped the package with useless parcel service oops I mean UPS they say I can pay the driver upon delivery I then receive an email telling me UPS have failed to deliver twice even though I was at home on both occasions. getting no help from 1001hobbies I managed to sort out delivery and payment with UPS . IF you are a UK modeler steer clear of these scammers. you will probably be able to buy what you want from a reputable UK wholesaler.

Verified reviewI've purchased various items for my RC buggy as couldn't get them in the UK and got excellent service each time and can't fault them unlike the delivery firm ups who completely messed the delivery up this time and my parcel ended up battered and torn, fortunately everything was still in the package but as for 1001hobbies top job, just a shame it's harder and more expensive to purchase now in the uk.

Verified reviewTerrible! Sent me the wrong kit, finally accepted that they had made a mistake, promised to send me a return label so I could return it, and two weeks later no sign of it! I am still, a month later, still without the kit that I PAID FOR! Awful! Do not shop here!

Verified reviewTook ages to get the model .have to pay yo use PayPal. And the you have to pay for delivery. So not happy. I will not use 1001 unless I have to. Sorry but I could have got this product as cheap but quicker if amazon

Verified reviewFabulous service and I will definately use their services again. I just ordered a Flying Colors Detail Decal sheet for a Boeing 707 320B/C model aircraft in 1/144 scale. I did not think I could get such an item but amazingly 1001 do sell them. 1001 stock some real gems that you cant get anywhere else. Many thanks.
