Verified reviewVery good service but wasn't happy about the additional charge for using pay pal. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but that's more to do with postal services. Kit was well packed and packaging was very strong and sturdy. Would definitely use 1001 model kits again especially for hard to find European model kits. Have already recommended them to friends.

The lost star is due to communication.I received an email saying it had been shipped and included tracking information, on checking the tracking it said ready to be shipped and stayed like that until after my parcel had arrived several days later. I'm not sure if this is the carriers fault but in the end 1001 Modelkits chose the carrier.

Verified reviewThis has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with on line. They don't have a UK warehouse. They take orders letting you believe they have stock which they don't. When I finally get someone a the phone(in France) he didn't really care about the issues that I had pointed out and offered no way to fit it. If you are thinking of ordering DON'T. Move on to the next page and hopefully have better luck than I have had with these people.
