    I was having difficulties tracing some specific items seemingly out of stock with my usual suppliers here in UK (or subject to the ever popular ""advertised on our site, but actually out of stock once you've ordered it"" game or ""order this Out of Production product and we'll magic it up in 6 weeks"" lie from others). 1001 sought out and delivered what I needed speedily and efficiently. Very pleased.

    Great company to purchase from. Very reasonably priced and quick to ship from France. I had an issue with one of the items I ordered, not 1001Modelkits fault, that was faulty. I dropped them an email and they dropped a new one in the post the same day. Can not fault the customer service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from them again.

    I was struggling to find a model for my son who is a long term hospital patient. The staff at 1001 Modelkits were fantastic and talked me through what was available and advised me what would suit his needs. He is delighted and so are we!

    A bit disappointed really. You pay premium price and don't get good service.I paid extra for express delivery which arrived after 10 days. Only refunded half of delivery cost
