Verified reviewI ordered an item a model of a rural house kit towards the end of March 2020 . This order was processed but for some reason you had the wrong address ,the courier could not deliver as they did not recognize the address, i contacted you and gave the correct address since then I have heard nothing.

Verified reviewNot great, communication is poor and the phone number doesn't work! Sent a email asking where my model was as the delivery was taking forever. Response was slow, they eventually got back to me with a brief message that was not massively helpful. They have to ship items from their warehouse in Normandy which they don't show on the website very clearly.
