Verified reviewTerrible experience... the scaletrix came with a french plug (I ordered from a British website, I.e. a .co.uk and had it delivered to an English address so it should���ve come with an English plug). There are no phone numbers that actually work !!! And i have looked all over the internet for contact phone numbers. I had to spend ��25 to return the scaletrix as it���s broken (and I had to buy a french to Uk plug adapter). When I do get a reply to my questions (sent via the website) my question is rarely answered correctly!!! And I am still chasing them up for my refund and also for them to reimburse me for the postage for me to return the broken scaletrix set
